Advanced Dental of Las Cruces

Always a great experience here. Very knowledgable staff, take the time to explain what they're doing, are conscious about saving you money and working inside the confines of your insurance, and are very friendly and professional. Also have state-of-the-art equipment in a clean and hospitable office environment. Highly recommend!

My first trip to the dentist since I moved to Las Cruces (nearly 5 years ago). I fully expected a tongue lashing from the dentist and a very unhappy hygienist doing the cleaning. What I got was care that was truly beyond my expectations.

Crystal, the hygienist, was wonderful. Such a cheery person, it's contagious! Excellent cleaning as well. Dr. Reiter is pleasant. He was friendly and didn't waste my time trying to sell me services I am not interested in. Also have to give a shout out to Carol at the front reception area. Super friendly and went out of her way to help me when I realized I had left my "new patient coupon" at home. This is by far the friendliest medical staff I have encountered in New Mexico. I will definitely be back and no Crystal I will not wait 5 years for my next cleaning :)

I was greeted by smiling faces. Lady at the desk was very helpful with paperwork. Just had to wait a bit after paperwork was done. Then the assistant called me in. Was very pleasant. Doctor was in, again very pleasant and informative. Everything was taken care of. Scheduled for another day. As I left, the other lady at the desk gave me a welcome gift. So nice! This was very different from my experience at a different dental office in Las Cruces. Let's just say the exact opposite treatment. Thanks to everyone at Advanced Dental!

Dr. Reiter has a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I was so relieved to find him right when we moved here three years ago. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I'd happily be a patient there for years to come if we were not relocating to another state.

Being new to the area, and finally signing up for a medicare supplement that also provides dental coverage, we knew we needed to find a dentist. When we received the booklet from the medicare provider which listed all the dentists in the area in the system, we weren't sure how to narrow down our choices. In order to do this we compared several dentists that listed the same addresses. This told us that they were probably in some sort of assembly-line type operation where we would not be receiving close personal attention. After eliminating those type dentists we were able to narrow down our choices considerably. From that point we looked at those single dentist with the fewest number of locations. We finally chose Advanced Dental and made our appointments. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted in a very friendly manner both on the phone and when we actually came to the office. From the time we arrived at the office until leaving we were very pleased with the professional manner of all personnel and the cleanliness of the office. We were presented with easy to understand treatment options with no pressure to make immediate choices. My wife's problem with gum issues was treated immediately whereas other dentist in the past had not addressed her problems sufficiently. She was very pleased to have that issue addressed to her satisfaction. We are happy to have made the choice we did in choosing Advanced Dental and look forward to having them deal with any dental issues we might have in the future.

Great office. Especially for dentures.

I was able to make a dental appointment the day before and the office staff was very nice and helpful. The dental hygienist was very friendly, she took my xrays and cleaned my teeth painlessly. The dentist was also very friendly and helpful, much better than Dental Associates. My only complaint is that they would not except my verbal referral, you HAVE to bring the card with you or they wont give your referrer credit on their account.

Dr. Reiter will be honest and considerate about your needs. The staff Advanced Dental is wonderful! They put you at ease and really show they care. I've never had the courtesy of a tour of a dental facility prior to being called back before coming to Advanced Dental! Little touches like that really help ease "dentist anxiety"!

I can't say enough about how well you'll be treated at Advanced Dental! If you've been putting off a trip to the dentist out of fear or anxiety - wait no more! Go see Dr. Reiter and his fantastic staff! Samantha and Stephanie are so kind! Vanessa, is spectacular and really goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything in you treatment plan, what to expect with insurance, and how payments can work. Lori is amazing and has the best "chairside" manner I've ever seen in a dentist's office - she wants you to know what's going on and be put at ease! Dr. Reiter, himself, is straight-forward, forward thinking, and genuinely seems to care about your dental/oral health and understands how you smile impacts your life!!

Dr. Reiter and his staff continually provide a professional and comfortable dental experience. He personally follows up after every dental procedure to ensure satisfaction and comfort. I would highly recommend his service to others! I feel well taken care of when I am there.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing. I am deathly afraid of the dentist and this was by far the best experience someone that is terrified could have had. They went slowly, communicated effectively and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were caring, made sure my insurance would cover what they were doing. I am getting married in a week and they were able to squeeze me in for a special procedure for my teeth. Additionally, the dentist had been in practice for a very long time and was extremely knowledgeable. 5/5 would HIGHLY recommend.
