The staff is unprofessional. The receptionist was incapable of doing her task and poor attitude. When you go inside the doctor was not welcoming nor did a good job. It felt as nothing was done. The doctors have no passion to help the people with their dental. Don’t waste your time, your money or insurance.

If I could give this office a zero, I would. I was forced to bring my grandchildren to this office because of their insurance. The associates are in no way are capable of treating children. They were mean and cruel to them. They have a terrible bedside manner and no patience. I then made the mistake of bringing my grandchildren there a second time. Only to have them treated just as bad as the first time. I will be reporting them to the insurance company and will never bring my family there again.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I had to go to them due to insurance and they are rude and unprofessional! I was a customer service representative for over 11 years in a Very busy office and not once in my days of working was I or any of my colleagues as disrespectful as these ladies! I had to get a root canal done but was told by the dentist it wasn't that bad, 6 months later I was still in pain and went back and was told I needed to go see a specialist because it was really bad and now my bone was infected! On the sign they hang in the window it says they do root canals and when I asked why I was sent out (over an hour away from my home) I was told because it was really bad and they only do simple root canals like the one I had 6 months ago! Now my bone has an infection in it. Once I had the root canal done by a different dentist (over an hour away) I had to get a cap but on. I went in for them to tell me they need to get approval, so wasting more of my time I now had to wait for an approval. I called 4 weeks later and got an attitude saying it takes 4-6 weeks for an approval and I told her that the tooth is cutting the inside of my mouth and I would like for her to check to see if the approval came in and she said well u can come in and have it looked at but there is nothing they can do with the tooth. I told her I just wanted her to check if the approval was done yet and again she told me that it takes 4-6 weeks. I told her yet again that it was 4 weeks this week and I just wanted her to check, she went silent, I thought she hung up on me because she didn't say please hold or I'll look she just stopped talking. I said Hello, she said nasty "I am looking!". Then came back and said, it's in, when do u want to come in!! Oh really, all that for the simple answer I was waiting for an Never a phone call from them to tell me it was approved! This place is a joke!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place ! My father came here to get his tooth removed, They failed to properly remove his tooth and only removed half . They sent him home demanding he needed to find his own surgeon. Mind you my father is diabetic and in a wheelchair . My father was in a lot of pain and couldn’t even eat . They didn’t prescribe him any pain reliever or antibiotic . My father started vomiting the second he came home at any attempt to eat food . He had to be rushed to the hospital . He hasn’t been able to hold food down for hours and is very quiet and sad still in much pain .

Had an appointment for 1 pm, along with five other people in the office. After waiting two hours and being told several times that only one was ahead of me, I decided to leave. The whole time I was there they only called one person there were people standing no space at all to have that many people having the same appointment time. Had to wait one month just two wait and not be seen anyway. Don’t waste your time!!!

The staff is rude..from the front desk to the Dr. The only one that was nice was the hygienist. I am switching my child’s dentist immediately. They told him he was not doing a good job of brushing his teeth but never showed him how to… They never even gave him a Little starter kit Like most dentists do when you leave. Worst experience I have ever had

Huge waste of time! I scheduled a cleaning and a check up, and according to the appointment confirmation voice mail that they left me, that's exactly what I was going in for. This could not be more wrong.
Upon arriving, I filled out all the necessary paperwork, reception was very nice. I only waited for about 10 minutes. So far, so good. Once I was called in, I got my x-rays all done within a few minutes, the guy was nice, and everything was going well. I was led into another room, where I expected to get my cleaning and the basic check up.
After waiting for the dentist for a few minutes, she arrives. She leans the chair back, takes one look in my mouth, says something about needing to brush more "here" (very vague, still no idea where exactly she meant) And then...sends me on my way, saying that I can schedule another appointment at the front desk.
Wow...from the time the dentist walked in the room, to the time I got off the chair was about a minute, maybe less. My entire appointment, not counting the waiting time was approximately 5 minutes. If I had known that this "appointment" was only going to be 5 minutes long, I would have not wasted my time, or the money I spent getting there! Unfortunately, this is the only dentist that my insurance will allow me to go to. If you're able to go somewhere else, I highly advise that you do! Don't waste your time!

This place is terrible. It took me forever to get an appointment. When I finally did I waited over two hours even though I had arrived early for my appointment. There was no where to sit, they were rude as hell and when I finally got seen by the doctor, she was an angry old hag that was even more rude then the receptionist. I was there for a routine check up but she managed to somehow make that painful. I'm so sick of lousy people who are not only incompetent, but have terrible attitudes and somehow keep their professional jobs when they're not even fit to work at Burger King.

Worst dental experience ever! They did not help me at all, they actually denied helping me! The women at the front desk had a very bad attitude and they told me my insurance didn't cover the work I needed done without sending in any pre approval. The dentist actually refused to send in an approval. I will never go back there again. I don't see how this place is in business

Been going there for several years. In all that time I never had a bad experience from scheduling to cleaning. Never a long wait. Never any pain. Dentist & staff members always concerned with making each experience a good one. Never seen anyone walk out unhappy
