Above and beyond my highest hopes for a dentist. The office is extremely clean and comfortable, and reminded me of a day spa more than a dentists office. They were upfront and transparent about costs before performing any of my needed services. No messy paperwork to fill out in the office because you can handle all of that beforehand online! Blew through an episode of Scandal and Peaky Blinders, and was done before I knew it. I immediately went back and raved about them to my whole office, and will definitely be back!

Definitely an awesome experience! Your comfort is their top priority. Very upfront about costs, providing a treatment plan after your exam. The Netflix and message chair were the icing on the cake. They will most certainly be my regular dentist from here on out.

In both visits the staff was very inviting and more than accommodating. Prior to my visit I filled out all of the pre-appointment documentation and it was very simple and took no more than 8 minutes to complete. Once arriving at the contemporary unique uptown office I was seen immediately and given the option of looking upwards above Charlotte's skyline or watching Netflix while the doctor did her work. Everyone is very personable and overall they provide a wonderful experience.

The entire visit to this dental office (from reception to the dental chair) is just phenomenal. This is coming from someone who avoid going to the dentist unless its an emergency and usually dont go for annual cleanings due to past bad experiences. I will do u have anyrecommend and continue to recommend this dental office for years to come. By the way, I have not experienced any discomfort of sensitive sensations after the nerve block wears off. Four visits so far and still smiling.

Was prescribed an Antibiotic allergic reaction. I’ve been itching for 4 days now. Called the office spoke to the Sylvia about it she didn’t give me anything for itch. Wasn’t a big help at all been to the ER twice in one day and seen my primary care doctor. Byrd have the audacity to send me a letter about her removing herself as my dentist. Which she hasn’t done any work on me in a year ! I only went this year once get staff is very rude unprofessional she herself isn’t friendly. A bunch of mean girls send a text three days before my birthday requesting $50 for a cancellation. Byrd if you work more on customer service verses the appearance.

Let me first start off by saying that I'm a 25 year old guy who absolutely hates going to the dentist. I went to another dentist in the Charlotte area last year and had a horrible experience. After searching all over the Charlotte area for a dentist with decent reviews, I came across Skyview. I didn't even call to make an appointment. I filled out a short form online one night and woke up to an email from their office the next morning with an appointment.
I went to my appointment yesterday and my experience was phenomenal. When I arrived, there was no "first-time patient paperwork," because I was able to complete all of that online before arriving. I was in the waiting room for no more than 10 minutes. When my name was called, I was greeted by a very friendly girl who was my hygienist. I was taken back to the treatment area which had a massage chair, a view of the city and a large tv with Netflix ready to go. My hygienist gave me a remote to control the massage chair and a remote to control the television. I have never been to a dentist where I wasn't uncomfortable at some point because of the hygienist poking and prodding in my mouth, but I had absolutely no discomfort during my visit at Skyview. My hygienist frequently stopped to see how I was doing and have conversation. At the end of my visit, the dentist came in to do a quick exam. I didn't wait more than a few minutes for her to come do my exam. She was friendly and very professional.
I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone. As I said, I legitimately hate going to the dentist, but my experience at Skyview was great. I plan on scheduling my appointment very soon for my free teeth whitening!

Just had my first visit yesterday. Both my dentist and hygienist were excellent, among the best I’ve had anywhere, and the office space, location, and all the staff were really fantastic. I highly recommend them based on this initial visit.
