Great staff, all very friendly and welcoming. My Dentist came in on a day off around Christmas to help me with a strong pain I was having in one of my teeth after I contacted them on Facebook about it. Validated parking makes getting there easy!

The best dentist I have ever been to. The Dr. Did not charge me for any x-rays on my first visit. She was very clear on what I needed to get done with my teeth and it was exactly the places that were bothering me. I highly recommend her. She very nice and her staff made my experience visit great. I am changing my dentist now. SHE'S THE BEST!!!

I recently went in to get my teeth cleaned after rescheduling due to the pandemic and was very impressed with the safety precautions in place to make me feel comfortable.
Temperature and oxygen were checked before entering the facility and even my dentist was wearing a whole set of additional protective devices.
The most surprising thing was a new new instrument that was used in place of the straw suction thing, that kept more particles from escaping into the air and cut down on the cleaning time. Each room or are was also equipped with special air filtration device.
Honestly the only thing that was different for me is not watching Netflix, but that’s understandable.
Overall, there was very little foot traffic at the EpiCenter and parking is still validated!
It seemed crazy at first to me since I have been staying at home, but if you get your teeth cleaned during the pandemic then I would recommend doing it here.

This is the best Dentistry I have ever been to, bar none. The view is great, the people are great, and now my smile is great. Do not let the smaller-than-average waiting room deceive you. Past the waiting room, the tall windows that extend from ceiling to floor lets the natural light fill the rooms. The state of the art, modern technology that is used in this facility would give the Doc from Back to the Future a run for his money. The amicable and friendly environment makes me feel as though I'm in Canada on national free doughnut day. The hallways are spotless, the walls are decorated with contemporary artwork, the floor clean enough to have a germophobe eat chicken enchiladas off of. When I sat in my designated dental chair watching Stranger things on Netflix using the noise canceling Bose headphones with the flat screen TV adjusted from the wall mount perfectly above me while the dentist did her routine, I told her the only thing missing from this experience is a back massage. Lo and behold, she presents me a remote for the seat I'm in. Yes, you read that right. The seat is a MASSAGE chair. Great work from the Skyview Dentistry team. The only thing missing from my visit would have been a box of Chocolate truffles and Twizzlers but being that I am on the cusp of having another cavity I'll have to pass on the sweets for now.

My Daughter Tierrah recommended Me to go see Dr. Byrd for My Dental work. She was very gentle and I did not feel any pain nor discomfortort. My 1st time visit was a great experience considering I got to watch a good Movie on Netflix while getting my tooth filled.

This place is awesome. I hadn't made a dental appointment in Charlotte in a long time because I wasn't sure where to go. My fiance recommended this place and it did not disappoint. They have massaging chairs, netflix, and an awesome staff. Makes going to the dentist enjoyable and I can't wait to go back!
