Smooth and safe process from scheduling, checking in, to appt. Staff was wonderful, professional. Place was clean, spacious, updated x-ray equipment. They service all ages and dental needs at one location. I will be moving the dental care for my entire to this location.

The office is clean, accommodating with pretzels and coffee, and uses top of the line, updated equipment. The atmosphere is relaxing. Dr. J is thorough and knowledgeable. She was great with my son! He had two teeth pulled. A day later, he says he has no pain. Thanks!

I used to go to New world dentist years ago when they first open bc I would go on Saturday. BUT her receptionist then told me bc of a wrong appt. From there computer system advise me I could come couldn't come on Saturday anymore I stop . BUT the dentist is AWESOME 👌 her work is the best. Now she has new staff I am back had great ck up on Friday made my 6 months appt. Already. She is awesome Dr. She is excellent staff is nice. Love that I am back with her.

I've had a lot of dental work done over the years and this is my favorite dentist. I've had many procedures done here from tooth extraction to many crowns. She's efficient and gets me in quickly. I also trust Dr. Jayne and am happy that she doesn't try to talk me into other dental work and not immediately needed procedures. I feel comfortable with her women staff as well.

Overpriced and painful

I was VERY nervous about my dental experience because I hadn't been in awhile and needed to get a tooth extracted. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The dental assistants were less "warm" than I would have expected, but very professional. Dr. Jayne was a mix of the two in terms of "bedside manner." If you are an introvert, this office would be perfect. As an extrovert, it left a little something to be desired.

In terms of the most important thing, the dental work, I have no complaints. My particular case gave them a bit of a challenge because of the condition of the tooth, but she and her assistant handled it well. I, miraculously, have felt zero pain since my procedure (3 days ago) and have no numbness. I have to give credit to Dr. Jayne and her team for a great job. After my procedure, we all even had a little laugh, which, as an extrovert, was very nice.

Always thinking about the patient. They accomadate me because of the swallowing problem I have by not lowering the dental chair as low when cleaning my teeth. Technicians are very friendly and well trained. I recommend New World Dentistry very highly.

These people have no idea what they are doing. Upon arrival i am met with the dentist herself stating “Rosemary will be right with you” 15-20 minutes later the lady comes in and doesn’t greet or welcome me to the office. She proceeds to just give me some documents to sign and keeps moving. Then this man comes out .. slams the door in my face “ on accident” but doesn’t even re open the door for me to enter. Not sure of his roll mainly because he didn’t say ANYTHING to me the entire time. He did some x-rays and disappeared. Then the doctor comes in does my cleaning (big red flag.. are there no hygienist?) then disappears. The same no personality lady who greeted me comes in and flosses my teeth (red flag…thought you were a receptionist not a dental assistant/hygienist) … yall then it got WORSE. Once they finished i was escorted into this room where the Doctor went over her results from the exam. First off, I have gum disease (which runs in my family.. I’ve been treated for it for years back home in atlanta) she claims i have no concerns with my gums and my teeth are perfectly fine. I brought it to her attention that i have gum disease and she proceeds to say “ohh yeah i do see some deep pockets “. I’m not one to write bad reviews (especially for a black owned business) but this by far was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office in my life. The reviews are the reason i chose this practice, however, they MUST be fake. There is no way. These people are playing doctor in this practice. Please please please go somewhere else.

I was able to get an appointment promptly for a problem I was having with my tooth. staff was friendly and informative.

This dental office is conveniently located in an accessible. The lobby and office are hospitable and warm for both adults and with an waiting area children. The staff is welcoming and the check-in process is smooth both online and in person. I have had excellent professional procedures and services along with recent dental digital and tech practices. I also have recommended Dr. Jayne's office to several friends who have recently moved to the region.
