Son 5 estrellas para la doctora que siempre me atendió , tiene una mano muy delicada y es excelente .
El problema es la administración o la manager
Es de muy poca calidad humana
Mi hermana siempre fue paciente con la doctora de allá y le gustaba mucho esa doctora pero mi hermana es discapacitada , con muchos diagnóstico de diferentes enfernedades . Falto unas citas y traté de que entendieran y se comunicaran conmigo siempre debido a su salud mental aveces no coordinaba mucho
Y olvidaba las citas o amanecía muy enferma y llamábamos a cancelar pero decían k sino era 24 horas quedaba como incumplimiento .
No quiso la manager dela oficina volverla atender a mi hermana -ella se llama Ángela Reyes y me parece muy de poco carisma muy de poca humanidad haberle quitado la única doctora con quien mi hermana se sentía satisfecha y tranquila en el momento de trabajar en su dentadura .
Fue la manager de la oficina que dijo que la quitaba definitivamente del sistema y que consiguiera otro lugar dental.
Ojalá que a su madre o a su familia nunca le pase eso , pues perjudicó mentalmente mucho a mi hermana y la frustró de no poder en manos de la doctora que trabaja allí .
