I would like to say that I tried canceling my appointment today because I just got call into work. So they charge me 50 buck for the cancelation and then ask me if I wanted to reschedule. Um no thanks! Try not to miss your appointment for any reason. Even if ur going to get fire. Now I have to put in some extra work just to make up that 50 bucks. Dam! I hate covid!

Even is this trying time of the covid 19 pandemic, all of the staff were super friendly and professional. They followed all protocol for covid 19 precautions as well! My first experience at Capital Dental Care was top notch. Oh, did I mention two teeth pulled and my mouth is doing the "Happy Dance" đŠ·đ

The staff are sooo nice.Their building is in a nice healthy area with nice people.The staff in the front office are sooo nice too.They all bring you bright smiles when you walk in.They even ask you how your day was. I recommended my brother to come here since I had a decent experience with service at this place and because he wasnât a fan of dentists, but itâs been a few months and every time he comes back from an appointment he has another issue on top of another issue.
His first problem was that a piece of their metal drill broke off and got lodged into his gums when they were working on him, so they refer him to a specialist to get it removed only for him to find out that he canât because itâd cause more complications to his gums so itâd be better to keep it in. Now after they cured (? donât know if thatâs the right terminology) a new metal filling in his mouth, his lip actually got singed because the tool was too close. I regret telling him to go here. Unfortunately even though it worked out for me it didnât for him, how sad.
