My family has been going to see Dr. Matthews and her wonderful staff for many years. They are like family. The dental work has always been top notch. The staff is warm and friendly and go the extra mile to make your visits perfect. You won't go wrong with this top team!

Highly recommended, the staff here is so friendly! I'm always a little weary coming in, both about procedures and the financial aspect, but they are lovely to work with. I was really impressed with how thoughtful they were in discussing payment and billing options, they walked me through a treatment plan that dealt not only with my care but also making sure my insurance would cover it with the different wait periods I had.

As always, my recent visit to Reflections Dental was pleasant. Dr. Matthews and her staff always make me feel comfortable. Everyone there knows how to create an inviting atmosphere.

Best Dentist in the greater Raleigh/Durham area. Reflections dental handles our entire family ages 4-46. They are a very family friendly environment, gentle and explain your medical needs thoroughly. They remember everything, making each visit a next step to your oral health and wellness, vs having to ask you the same stuff every time; it's a smooth continuation and experience.

So to be completely honest I cant stand Drs and dentists. They are too expensive and they hide costs and operations charged. I was going to give "Reflections Dental" a try because I had a tooth pain that was unbearable. Everything went normal on the first visit. No charge and the nurse gave me an option to keep my tooth. Unfortunately I was not fully explained the cost of keeping my tooth. Even after I told them from the beginning that I do not have much money and I do not want to spend a lot of money. So forward to next visit when I get a root taken out. After procedure was performed I walked into the receptionist area only to find a bill of $130. If I was informed about this charge I would have completely refused it and went elsewhere. The fact that the charge was not explained before the operation really annoyed me. Here I was tooth empty and they want to argue with me. The manager was completely rude and jut gave the statement that the paper was signed. I understand that I signed a paper stating that I was accountable for those charges but that was after the assumption that there were no charges and my insurance was picking it up. All I wanted the manager to know is that her business did not handle the explanation of the bill appropriately. If they had handled it correctly I would have never went and we would have never had to go through these charades. To the manager, I was only trying to inform you, not cause a scene. Everything could have been easily taken care of by making other arrangements. So to anyone getting procedures from them make sure you ask for the full cost because apparently getting a root canal is a two step process and they charge for separate visits. My $130 visit was actually a $500 visit after they disclosed the full amount for the procedure. Buyer beware. My new bill with them now is only going to be $80 for an extraction. The process I wanted to start with.

Reflections dental is a wonderful dentistry! The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. You will always see smiling face in the office. If you do not have a dentist make sure you go see Dr. Matthews:).
