The staff is great, friendly, caring and makes u feel at home EVERY visit... Dr Matthews works magic and is very professional. I HATE going to the dentist. The buzzing, squealing sounds. That was until I came to Reflections. I have been going for 3 years and even though I still don’t like to go the staff, location, professionalism, and quality care is awesome. Just finished up my semi-annual cleaning with Austin and Dr. Matthews and I couldn't be happier. My teeth feel great and I know that I’m getting the best care possible. I had my first new patient visit with Reflections Dental this morning and was seen by MJ and Dr. Matthews. MJ was great and went over everything in detail and simple terms. I was nervous at first and she was able to calm me and made a situation not seem as bad as I thought it to be. Her demeanor and personality was great! All of the staff from check in to check out were AMAZING! I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs! Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed!

I hated the dentist before I came to Dr. Matthews DDS. Practice. She and all of her staff are over the top nice. Very caring and helpful. I had a lot of work to be done. She and all of her staff are helping me get it under control. I no longer hate the dentist I will tell anyone looking for a dentist to come here or if ur looking for another dentist this is the place.

Since moving to Durham in 2006. I have to say Reflections Dental is the best! Chana always greet me with a friendly smile and gives me a good estimate of my cost and are willing to help me with a payment plan if need be. Today Chrissy greeted me with a wonderful smile and was very nice. Jessi was my first hygienist and for a very long time. She always explain the procedure and let me watch my favorite Netflix show while she did wonders on my teeth. Today my hygienist was Austin and she did a really good awesome job on my teeth! Lastly Dr. Matthews is truly amazing. She always come in the room after the procedure is done to make sure I am ok and if I have any questions. I recommend Reflections Dental to everyone who wants a dental family that really care about you, your family, and your teeth.

I have been going to Reflections Dental since I moved to Raleigh (about 2 years). I love the team there! They value their patient's opinion and are very accommodating. Charlotte is my hygienist; she is super friendly and makes the cleaning as easy as possible. Dr. Matthews does a great job!

My entire family and I LOVE this place! Dr. Matthews is amazing; professional, sweet, kind, all in one. The hygienists are great (good AND gentle) and the office manager, Chana, is great. All in all this is an amazing practice. We moved here 2 years ago and have been going here. We WON'T go anywhere else.
