Dr. Jones.. my dentist for years. Wonderful staff, very professional.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. Waited for 3 1/2 hours. The dentist finally came in to start filling two teeth, only to have some troll hygienist come in and tell me she “wasn’t prepared to do that today.” Needless to say, nothing got accomplished. All you’ll get is a wasted day and nothing to show for it…except a $200 charge on your credit card.

I came in to get my wisdom teeth from being removed and after spending money on x-rays of my teeth, during the surgery it turns out he didn't think they'd spend this long getting the teeth out of my gums. So they were drilling and yanking my wisdom teeth without properly scheduling time for the procedure despite me paying them to do so. Also they left a surgical bar behind one my my gums. They recommended me to go to an oral surgeon while poorly explaining what happens next in how to treat my drilled in teeth.

Avoid this man at all costs, he doesn't know what he's doing in the slightest.

Honestly, I was a little bit hesitant of going here from some of the reviews I read.. but once I got there, I quickly realized that I shouldn't have been! The front desk lady was cheery and helpful even for 6:50 in the morning, and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was so sweet and knowledgeable! Dr. Cooper came in right after the cleaning (which was nice, no waiting around) and she was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I'm going to be bringing my daughter for her 2nd-ever dentist appointment, and there's not doubt in my mind that her appointment is going to be just as enjoyable!

My visit to the smile center was at a difficult time and I was upset and frustrated at my circumstances. Dr. Gandhi, Michelle, the ladies at the front desk, and everyone else made me feel at ease and confident with their compassion, communication, and service. I'd highly recommend them for any dental needs, routine and emergent. Thanks for being an awesome bunch!

I really enjoy this office! I am very impressed with how professional the staff is and how timely they are as a whole. I am always seen on time and the service is impeccable. Dr. Jones and his staff are very well trained and are quick to respond to my questions and concerns, even in regards to the follow-up care! If you are new to the area and looking for a dentist in Raleigh, this is definitely a good choice!

My first experience here with staff was good minus a lot of confusion between the dental hygienist staff and not knowing how to use the equipments, however, I was still willing to come back and give them another shot. I was called to set up a filling appointment the day before the actual appointment and forgot to ask some questions pertaining to co-pay, I called back the next morning before the appointment and spoke to “Michelle”. first off let’s start by saying she is rude as hell, she seemed aggravated from the beginning when I asked about my co-pay. I informed her that I wouldn’t be able to do it today and she became even more aggressive in the voice even asked me when I got paid again so that she can schedule it close to that day, I didn’t have my planner in front of me so I tried to tell her I would call back to give her a date that I’m off and before I could finish my sentence she hung up the phone. With that being said I will absolutely be taking my business somewhere else.

The Smile Center was nothing but great and the staff treated me as if we had been friends forever. I made a last minute call and was helped very professionally along the way. Definitely going to make this my routine stop for dental services

I recommend going elsewhere. The customer service is severely lacking and you will never be taken back for your appointment on time. They do not follow-up when they say they will and they did not do what we asked for when going in for a tooth extraction. In fact, we were made to come in multiple times for something that should have been done in one visit. We will never return to the Smile Center.

They gave me a price I had the work done. I told them I wanted a firm bill and cost. They gave me one . A few months later I get a new bill for almost $300 more. They said the insurance company did not pay as much as they thought.
Figured give them another chance to finish implant now they want a 3D scan $500.00 to guarantee that the bone graft they did and guaranteed worked. And insurance will not cover. Cost of their services are way over priced.
