This place does not take your concerns seriously. I chipped a tooth back in Feb. Even though I didn’t feel pain they recommended a root canal and a crown. It took 8 months and $1200 to finally have this completed. When the crown was installed they left a weird gap between crown and tooth beside it. Food would get stuck after one bite. Regular flossing would not get it out. When I mentioned my concern I was advised to get a water flossed. I bought one for $120 and it wouldn’t get the food out. I was then advised to use a wire Flosser. After using one my mouth would gush blood. I’ve been using a wire flosser for 3 bloody months now with other options. I brought my concern to them again and advised they remove the crown and replace it with one that fits better. They said they would do it for a hearty price, more then what I paid originally. Another option was to to remove the tooth beside it, which made no sense to me because I didn’t want to remove it. Then the last option was to use filling to cover the gap. These are all shortcuts and they refused to correct the problem unless I paid money. I will no longer visit Dr. Jones’ office and if I have to pay to have this horrible crown replaced I will find someone willing to do it right.

I would give no stars if I could. First and foremost, I have had several dental procedures done, from cleanings to crowns, and have never experienced anything like what I experienced here.
Let's start with the worst part, so that if you only start reading here- you know it's real and not just complaining about rude customer service (which is also true here.) I'd like to start off by saying, since my procedure, I have switched dentists. My new dentist informed me that I do not need caps on the teeth that Dr. Jones was going to cap, and that they could just be routine fillings. He also found two other cavities that Dr. Jones did not mention to me (I have genetic tooth decay). To fill all the cavities it will cost me only $200. Now, with Dr. Jones: I went in for a routine procedure to have two teeth filled and capped. I was yelled at about how my tongue was moving (not exaggerating- he continually told me to stop, even though I couldn't feel my tongue since I was numb, and eventually stopped working to look me in the eye and, again, tell me to stop. At this point he told me that he had "knicked" me because I wouldn't stop moving my tongue- he cut my tongue and it's my fault.) On top of that, it took FIVE HOURS for the entire procedure to finish, not to mention $1k (yes, I have dental insurance) for the whole shebang. I anticipated it to take some time, but not almost an entire work day. On top of that, he and most of his assistants were very rough on my mouth- I was in pain for two weeks afterwards, unable to open my jaw fully and had migraines for days straight that I have no doubt are related. There were half hour increments where no one came to my room and no one kept me in the loop as to what was happening next or HOW LONG IT WAS GOING TO TAKE.
After the second cap, they took an xray to make sure everything was good. At this point they found that there was cement wedged between my teeth from when he put the cap on- cue more drilling to try to get it out. The worst part about this was the fact that he didn't ask if I was still numb prior to drilling (which I was not, but hate needles so I didn't say anything). He chalked it up to "Well, I didn't see anything come out, but let's take an xray to see if we somehow got it." Second xray shows (surprise): he did not. I will give him kudos for recognizing that I was squirming in my chair and subconsciously pulling away (from the pain), so he asked me if I wanted more Novocaine and I told him that I hate needles and think I could muster through it. More digging, still unsure he got it but hey, let's take another xray because maybe? Second surprise: Still there. After the third attempt and him requesting his assistant to get me some Motrin, he finally got it out.
This is all after pretty shoddy customer service from the front desk, but generally I can look past that- but it's worth noting, as my father (who goes to the same dentist) is also fed up with her attitude. I work normal business hours Monday through Friday and can rarely afford to take an entire day off, so I had inquired about appointments close to the end of the day. I got a scoff and a laugh over the phone, saying "There's no way- everyone wants a late appointment." I find it VERY hard to believe that they didn't have one later appointment in the next month- I was very flexible on the day I come in.
TL;DR: The front staff is abrasive, inpatient, and rude. The dentist is painful, demanding, and not generally friendly. And my visit took WAY too long and cost WAY too much money.

I'm very phobic about dentists so I hadn't gone in a very long time. Everybody from reception all the way to the dentist were extremely friendly and put me at ease.
I definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with all of the staff members! The hygienist was very friendly, the doctor was extremely personable and helpful, and the front office staff went above and beyond to accommodate an appointment that I needed and a very specific time frame.

So far so good. Im a new patient. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Hygienist was gentle and informative. Only had a cleaning and x-rays so I only gave 4 stars since I havent had other work done to compare.

Very expensive...just to take x-ray no work done I told the lady over the phone what type of insurance I had get there they act like no one knew I had insurance told me to pay the bill up front then have my insurance pay me back naw I don't think so...out the door I go and still get stuck with x-ray bill paid it then the lady gone say we gone bill your insurance so they can pay you back i said no don't do that I will mail them the payment when you print one off if thats the case. Just to have an xray and tooth pulled well over the price anywhere else I paid to have a impacted wisdom tooth pulled for alot less... Just got off the phone with Michelle in the office to inquire about a bill that I received from over 1 year ago. She became very defensive when I asked about the extra work that was done. The note in the file stated "Parent left before we could speak to her". I never left the office at all! Very unprofessional! Never go to this dentist!

I have been to different dentist office and none of them are as great as this one. I had to have a root canal and a crown done and it was a great experience. I recommend anyone to come here.

I was very shocked by the very rude and inexcusable customer service I witnessed my wife receive by the front office staff "manager" today when she was simply trying to reschedule my family's appointments. We wanted to speak to a higher ranking manager or doctor to notify them of the confrontation over the phone but the person refused to allow my wife to speak to anyone else. So unfortunately this practice just lost a family of patients whom they never had a chance to see.
My wife attempted to move our appointments to a later date but the front office "manager" proceeded to rudely tell her "no, you are not going to cancel... we can not schedule anymore multiple appointments" because it apparently inconvenienced her to have to do it for the number of appointments we needed. She told me she was so shocked by the manager's attitude and boldness to tell her this that she told the "manager" to "just cancel the appointment" and hung up immediately because she was disgusted by her response. The manager then called her back thinking that the line was somehow "disconnected" and my wife explained to her that she was at work and had to deal with it later by speaking with a manager. The woman then told her that she "WAS THE MANAGER". My wife then told her that she wanted to speak to someone else but at a later time because she was working and hung up on the "manager" again. When my wife finally called back, she spoke directly to the "manager" and began to tell her how disrespectful she was to her and how she addressed her like a "child". My wife actually apologized to her for "having a bad morning so far" but her attitude was very uncalled for. The "manager" then apologized for disrespecting her but then proceeded to tell her that she "was told" that she had to cancel 24 to 48 hours before her appointment day. However, IT IS 24 TO 48 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENTS. My wife told her this is within the time frame but the "manager" proceeded to argue with her and say "it is not and that our appointments should not have been scheduled together." My wife told her that "was not explained to her and the person who scheduled the appointment didn't have a problem with grouping her and my children's appointments together as a convenience to us." The manager then proceeded to say "it was not her problem." All of this and she's supposedly the "manager". I'm seeing that my wife is getting very upset with this woman's attitude (I'm observing the conversation since she called the office back) and all she wanted to do was reschedule the appointments for a later date. So my wife is telling her that she "actually works in the client care dept of a medical office and NEVER has she spoken to a client in the disrespectful manner as this woman has to her". Thae "manager" then says "well let me know when you are done talking so I can talk." So as you can imagine, my wife was done and asked to speak to a doctor. The "manager" refused. After continuously asking to speak to a manager, my wife gave her the option of putting a doctor on the phone or she was going to drive up and speak to someone personally. The "manager" told her Dr. Michael was out of the office on vacation. She asked for another doctor. The "manager" said a "Dr. Jeffries" was there. She asked to speak to him/her and was put on hold. When the "manager" finally picked back up she said, "Dr. Jeffries" was seeing a patient and she could take a message for her. My wife, of course, did not believe she would actually gove the message to this "Dr. Jeffries" so she just politely told the "manager", " that's alright... I will call them back myself. Thank you." and hung up. Shortly afterward, my wife called and left a voice message for Dr. Michael to call her to discuss the entire call.
We are both are very upset with this situation and strongly recommend the front office staff, including management receive proper customer service training or re-evaluate the staff they have. Otherwise, they will continue to lose good patients... sadly, this one person succeeded in turning us away. Congratulations!
