The staff here was very friendly and welcoming. My Doc spoke straight to the point and I knew she was great at her job. Aspen dental helped me in my emergency and I thank them!!!

This was the worst dental experience of my life. Not only did it take a very long time to get seen, I got brought back to a room where we spent more than an hour taking xray pictures. Next, I got brought into a room and my blood pressure was taken. Due to the fact that it was two points higher than what they consider healthy, they proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't be examining my teeth. "So I just spend well over an hour here for nothing over two points???" I asked. "We won't work on you because we are concerned with your overall health" the Dr. responded. I specifically go to the dentist to have my TEETH looked at, not my blood pressure. If it was so important to take my blood pressure to determine if they could look at my teeth or not, I would have preferred it done the first part of the appointment as opposed to wasting an hour and half of my time for NOTHING. I wish Aspen Dental recognized this one important fact when it comes to TEETH: You are many more times more likely to die from no treatment than treatment.

Worst place I've ever been. I Scheduled an appointment, showed up 2 mins late I was denied service. I was told I had to reschedule another one which I did. I showed up 15 mins early for second appointment, i was told we can't find your name the system, I provide the appointment card with appointment date, then I was told okay we have you in our system, your appointment is 3pm now you wait until Xray machine is available because this is your first time coming here we have loyal customer that has to go before you. I ask how long is the wait which she reply I dont know then she asked me to reschedule the appointment if I was in rush. I left without saying word.

Staff was very friendly and polite...But don't let them fool you like they did me when it comes to insurance. There ads claim to accept ALL insurances but that is false. They DON'T accept state funded insurance which is odd to me considering that again there ad states they accept ALL insurances! Naughty Naughty thats false advertising!!!

It was my 1st visit. So I got the free exam.and xray. I was the 1st one in the waiting room, and it quickly filled. I ended up being the last one called to get seen. I saw 6 different personnel in the matter of 2 hours. I ended up leaving early cuz I was tired of waiting for another worker to take me to a different office just to not tell me anything about cost or results or really anything. Very disappointed.

Very nice people that work here. Always have a smile on their face and helpful. The girl who did my cleaning was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I'm glad I found this aspen dental to go to.

Not super impressed. I usually like going to the dentist. I waited in the lobby over an hour prior to being seen. Then took 18 X-rays with larger than normal X-ray equipment which was very uncomfortable in my mouth. Then waited 30 mins to have my gums looked at and another 30 mins until I saw the dentist. I booked this appt as a cleaning appt (I know I’m a new patient so I have to have the new patient exam, I just didn’t know I wouldn’t be getting my teeth cleaned at this Appt). I have a cleaning appt a month from now and didn’t feel great about this place. Not sure if I will keep that cleaning appt or not yet

So I came in early because they said 6:45 and they didn't open till 7:30 it took my blood pressure it was a little high according to their cuff. so they refused to see me the dentist came out and I won't say any names and I told her it will probably have high blood pressure because I'm in a lot of pain and she then said she can't give me any pain medication I told her I don't want pain medication. I want a crown on my tooth. then I went to the doctor and the blood pressure was a little high but wasn't as high as they said.

False information, unprofessional referrals, and poor customer service.
My husband went in Aspen in June to get a consultation, and was told by one dentist he needed crowns. He went in again to get a cleaning, was told by another dentist he needed extractions and implants. They convinced my husband to pay them $2000 upfront and scheduled him for extractions in a week.
When my husband showed for his appt, Aspen changed the plan, told him they can't do the extraction, but fillings. So they did fillings and said they would send a referral to an oral surgeon for the extractions where the surgeon can plant the roots at the same time.
My husband waited for 2 weeks, nothing happened. He contacted the referred agency, and was told they can't do the extractions and implants at the same time.
Multiple attempts to contact Aspen after that, every phone call ended with a different support staff saying similar things like "I don't know what to tell you right now, please wait for our dentist to call you".
This is two months later now, no extaction, not even an appt for the next step, paid them $2000, got a cleaning and some fillings, still waiting for their second referral to come through.
False information, unprofessional referrals, and poor customer service.
