The two stars I’ll give are for the hygienist and the front desk staff. If you need your teeth cleaned, this is a decent place to go. However, I was in need of a retainer. They made not one but two retainers that they never could adjust so I was able to wear them. I literally cannot close my mouth with the one I have. Common sense says I should not have to pay for something that was made incorrectly that I can’t use, and yet they didn’t want to hear anything about it and harassed me for payment. It really sucks, because I thought I had found a dentist office I could stick with after I moved to town.

I was looking for a new dentist and discovered Saving Smiles Dentistry in the “Best of the Red River Valley” publication. After my appointment today, I can understand why they received their award. The staff was courteous and caring. Kelsey did a great job of taking care of my hygienic checkup.

Went in on an emergency basis for a broken tooth. After doing two types of x rays (you could clearly see the broken tooth, there was no need for x rays) the very rude dentist said there was nothing he could do for me. They charged me $100 to do pointless x rays and send me away without helping. Dental assistant was an absolute sweetheart, but the dentist was a complete jerk. Would rate 0 stars and call them thieves if that were an option.
