I’ve had multiple appointments in the last 6 months (mostly due to a lack of regular dentist visits in the last 5 years). Every time I go the staff has always been friendly and welcoming! Dr. Johnson is always so professional and easy to work with- even with someone with some anxieties about the dentist like me! I’ve also brought my daughter here for her first visit and they were so accommodating! They went above and beyond to make her comfortable and give us the best experience possible! I needed several hours of work done, came in during a heat spell wearing a sleeveless blouse. I was offered a blanket should I get cold...who thinks of those details?
Dr Johnson is very positive, easy going and explains each procedure in detail and easy language.
I don't believe anyone "enjoys" dental work, but like I said...if you "have" to go...this is the place to visit.

I was so nervous for my appointment at Saving Smiles because it had been a long while since I’d been to the dentist. Thankfully, every step of the way from scheduling to getting some fillings, the providers are Saving Smiles were friendly and accommodating (and with no judgement!). Dr. Johnson is a bold face liar. Without taking any X-rays, he informed me I had SIX cavities and would need to make two separate appointments to get them filled. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. I didn’t have six cavities. I had three… on one side of my mouth… One appointment was all I needed to get them filled. I was new to Fargo and Dr. Johnson saw me as an easy target to exploit. That was two years ago. If he was correct about the six cavities my teeth would have rotted out by now. Dr. Johnson is either a crook, or grossly incompetent. Either way, I suggest you look elsewhere if you care about your oral hygiene, pocketbook, and dignity.
