I had an appointment for my son at 2:30! It’s not 3:11 and people who came after us have gone back.... totally not understanding. The receptionist has an unnecessary attitude too. Like for what? Never seen her a day in my life. I have three other children with me and we’re just sitting here... never coming here again. Fully staffed in the back.... is it that hard to process paper work and actually do the jobs they applied for??!

In a word, awful. I was looking for a new dentist in the area and found this group (now Cleveland Heights Dental) that sounded decent online. I called and scheduled an 8:30 AM appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. I arrived at 8:15 AM but no one was at the front desk until 8:30. Knowing that paperwork would take time, I completed and returned in ASAP so that I could still be seen promptly. I then waited. And waited. And waited. 5+ other patients were seen even though I was the second person to arrive that morning. I asked when I'd be seen and they said they had 'just finished' processing my insurance. I then waited while more patients were seen. By 9:30 AM, they still had no update on when I would be seen so I finally left without being seen. During the 1+ hour I waited, I received no updates and was only told anything when I went up and asked. And all I was told was that they'd tell me when they'd be ready, which never happened. Other NEW patients were seen before me as well. Utterly unacceptable service, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very unprofessional to begin with, I scheduled my first appointment months ahead of time just to be unsatisfied with the dentist and the way they over booked their appointments that day. I was giving less than 24 hrs notice that my 2nd appointment which is an emergency oral surgery that needs to be rescheduled because the Dentist that I asked not to see is not going to be there. All of my appointments were booked months in advanced so I don’t understand what all of the confusion was about in the first place when I specifically asked to see Dr Shapiro. My family has been seeing Dr Shapiro since I was a kid and I’m disgusted with the way I have been treated so I don’t recommend this ghetto unprofessional office to anyone try Hudec Dental.

Dr. Shapiro and staff make your dental experience a happy one. They treat their patients like family and how they would want to be treated. There are not enough words, or space to praise this blessed and highly favored dental practice. Every staff member is skilled, patient, and understanding.
I have been a perfectly satisfied patient and "family member" for more than 12 years, and highly recommend my family and friends, and anyone looking for excellent dental service. The hours are great, including Saturday, and walk ins are welcome.

I love the dentist But JESUS i had to make an appointment to speak with the dentist. I have been trying to get a message to him for TWO MONTHS!! IVE left countless messages even the other dentist I was referred to for x-rays still cant get a hold of him at the office. U give Dr. Dominic 5 stars and staff 0.

I've been going to (Berke Dental) now known as Cleveland heights Dental. Dr.Robert Shapiro is an excellent Dentist. He always works on your mouth with compassion and superb skills and always gives follows up calls with his patients, he shows by action that he cares about his patients. My entire family goes here and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Dr. Dominic Berdysz is the best. He is skilled, thorough, and compassionate. One of the most delightful dentists I've ever experienced. When my favorite dentist moved out of town, I was so sad. Dr. Dominic made me smile again - pun intended!
