I spoke with Trina at this office this morning as I'm attempting to establish a new Dentist. She not only helped me find the right information for my needs but even asked for my contact info to follow-up with me to ensure I've been taken care of...even if not by their staff! What a top-tier employee if I've ever seen one! With over 25yrs in Customer Service Management, I can say that this place surpasses 'above and beyond'. A most pleasant interaction that stands out among others.

Just started as a new patient...not only did I receive excellent care, but also a tour of the facility, every question answered, all fees explained thoroughly, and a cute little gift bag. The staff I encountered today were all very professional and extremely helpful and friendly!

I had to get a broken tooth pulled in an emergency and I'm from Michigan, where it could take a couple weeks to get in even in an emergency. Well these awesome folks got me in the same day i called. And not only did they get me in same day, but when i tell you that the staff is here is the most amazing, kind and compassionate staff in a dentist office I've ever seen, i ain't kidding. And finally the dentist himself, he also was very compassionate and understanding, and also informative. He was able to numb the area where the tooth needed to be pulled without making my entire mouth numb and pulled the tooth nearly painlessly. I can't say enough good things about these folks, they are just simply amazing. If you're looking for a dentist i would highly recommend these awesome people at McCarthy!

I was flossing when, to my horror, a crack and what I thought was a bit of tooth came out. Seeing a hole in my tooth, I was thoroughly freaked out. However, McCarthy Dentistry got me right in the next day, filled it in, and were wonderful the whole way through. Thanks to Dr. Kelch and the entire team for making this something to smile about!

Not a great experience at this place. I went there awhile back and haven't considered returning. The staff was nice and they treated everyone really well, but I definitely think they are all about money and do not actually care. I feel like they said I had a cavity that I didn't have. They fixed my cavity and then I had to go back in several times to get my tooth filed down because they didn't have it at the right length. I have never been so sore after having a cavity fixed. That tooth was so sensitive for such a long time. I have been to two dentists since and they have detected zero cavities. I go to McCarthy one time and that's the first thing they see? Questionable. My coworker went in to have her teeth looked at as well and they told her she had 12 cavaties. She, of course, got a second opinion. I would not trust this dentistry. It upsets me to even think that some people would ruin your mouth for life just to make a few extra bucks.
Wanted to add that the reason it took me so long to leave a review for McCarthy is that I didn't leave reviews in the past. Today I was searching for a pediatric dentist for my child and McCarthy popped up first. My first thought was, no way would I ever take my child there. And then I felt obligated to let others know.

Lindsay is the best hygienist.. went in for a cleaning and did a Great job, have had all my Dental work done there from crowns to Implants..But they are very expensive...
