Entire staff that assisted during my visit were very friendly and professional. The dental technology used at this office is a step above most in our area. The Doctor was very detailed on investigating my dental issue & addressed it in a very professional manner. Office very clean and all needed covid precautions were taken. Very pleased with this dental visit as a with all prior visits. The icing on the cake was not icing, but I received a yummie chocolate chip cookie as I left which was better them cake icing.

Honestly this was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist appointment. Staff is great and Stephanie was awesome. I made the appointment at McCarthy because they can do it all and I don’t have to go to several different places to get certain procedures done. Highly recommend.

The dental care is good and the hygienists and dentists are great to work with but I really feel like the billing people have no concept of money or trying to meet the needs of their specific patient. I wasn’t told prices until after my mouthguard was done and I was walking out the door. I honestly wish I would have just refused to pay and given them back the mouth guard after they charged $720 for it. The last one broke (totally my fault) and figured they’d give a discount or work with me since all the scans and prep work from the first one were used for the second one. I clearly showed that I wasn’t able to afford the $720 and they assumed my parents could help pay for it. I’m a 25 year grad student and money is really tight but I’ve been independent financially for years and can’t fathom asking my parents to help pay for a 3D printed piece of plastic. A similar thing happened on my last visit. I came for a cleaning and it wasn’t until after my appointment when the billing people said my insurance wouldn’t cover it. This is information I should be given when I book the cleaning, not after. No payment plans were brought up, no income based prices were given, and no one ever asked if I could afford the treatment. This really rubs me the wrong way. I’m fine with paying well for quality healthcare but the prices need to be transparent and the billing people need to work with the patients. Every other healthcare provider I’ve worked with has been very cognizant of my financial situation, I don’t know why dentistry always has to be different. This is from someone who has dental insurance. I’d be weary going here if you are on a tight budget. I want to go back but I honestly don’t feel like it is financially wise for me to do so. If you are a student, consider going elsewhere or refusing the extra treatments.

I’ve never been more comfortable at a dentists. Dr. Anda and the hygienists were great. I had a fractured tooth that needed extracted and Dr. Anda did it the same day. I’m definitely coming back for any future dental care for me and my family.

My hygienist was Stephanie. She was fabulous. She took great care of me and knew my mouth. I didn't have to remind her of the sensitive spots. Stephanie did not hurt me at all.
Dr Kelch was my doctor. His bedside manner was fantastic. You can tell they really care about their patients. I highly recommend this office. ❤
