First Impressions Dentistry - Oklahoma City

First let me say I haven't seen a dentist is almost 10 years due to anxiety and fear from past experiences. I had my first appt today with Dr. Miller and Ashley and I could not be more happy with my experience. Unfortunately due to my anxiety I've let several of my teeth get pretty bad, we actually had to extract one today that got infected. Even with that my visit was great. They took the time to talk to me and explain everything they made sure I was comfortable through the entire process and procedure. I was very nervous and also embarrassed I let them get this bad but they were very understanding and not judge mental at all!! I've got a follow up appointment scheduled for a month for a comprehensive exam and to move forward and thanks to my experience today I'm not nervous about it at all and know I'm in great hands!! I can't thank them enough!!

I am new in this area and this was my first time going to a dentist here, I would highly recommend First Impressions! Everyone is so kind, the girl who did my cleaning was so nice, they have all the latest tech, dealt with me crying being nervous about the fillings, and let me hook my spotify account to the TV during the procedure. Dr. Cole always checks to make sure you're okay during the after the procedure. So happy i chose their dentist office!

Cassidy was SO SO helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people achieve their toothy goals. I recommend this dentist to anyone looking to improve their smile!!

Awesome service!! Dr. Huffaker and everyone at First Impressions Dentistry were wonderful to work with! With no wait to get in their scheduling is impeccable and second to none! I can't tell you the last time I was able to get in to see any kind of doctor in seconds rather than several minutes! Great job everyone! You all are amazing and the willingness to work with people makes your services 1000 times better than any other dental office I have ever been to!

Everyone was friendly and warm. They paid extra attention to patient care. I felt very comfortable and they explained things thoroughly. This was my first appointment with this clinic, but they treated me as though they had known me for years. It was a great experience.

I found First Impressions by googling reviews. After reading through the many comments, I called to make my first appointment. Due to my condition,The office staff I spoke with worked me in for an appointment early the following day. My first visit was by far the best experience I've had at an Oklahoma dentists office. The staff and dentists really do care about their patients. The billing and treatment plan were throughly explained, my concerns were promptly addressed with no surprises and Dr. Cole is amazing.If the option were open, I'd highly recommend this group way above 5 gold stars!!

Oh man where do i start? I showed up with a front tooth broken clean in half width ways, with the bottom still dangling in my mouth. It was very painful as it had been messed up for over 2 weeks! (Thanks workers comp.) But the moment i stepped in the office, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and compassionate. Especially the assistant liza. She kept checking on me while i was waiting to make sure i was comfortable. She also made small talk with me which helps calm the nerves and distract from the pain. And Dr. Yeary was also awesome. Without all the details, he listened to me and my concerns and wants attentively. And he changed the plan, and made sure i could get some work done to get some relief. It was hands down the best experience ive ever had at the dentist. I cant reccomend this office enough.

Edit: I'm changing my review from a 5 to a 3 due to their poor financial management. They consistently get the insurance deducible wrong, and I end up having to pay repeatedly for the same visit. It's not that complicated. It's a standard cleaning. Why am I paying so much? They also more than doubled the cost of an electric toothbrush compared to the cost on Amazon. I will not be going back because it's too much of a hassle to pay them in the office, then have to send them a check because they can't get the numbers right.

Old review (Note that this is a review about a dentist that is no longer there. I have had too many bill problems since.): Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The office was clean and comfortable and everyone there was nice. They listened to my concerns and didn't try to push expensive procedures on me. And, they also were very conscious of trying to make everything as pain-free and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them.

An appointment at First Impressions is always a pleasant experience. The staff and provider are attentive and are genuinely caring. The care I've received has been excellent. I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.

First Impressions Dentistry takes care of our whole family's dental health, and we love them. They never make us feel rushed or unheard. They patiently take time to listen to our concerns, allow us to ask smallest questions, and then they always explain and answer throughly.
