My hygienist Cassidy was very friendly and professional. She took time to explain all the procedures too. Dr Y was also very nice and gave good explanations about the procedures. There was also zero wait time!

Massive waste of time. Avoid this dentist! Made a appointment for 12:30 for a check up and to get a sensitive tooth addressed. I showed up at 12:20 waited over 2 hours, 2 hours for nothing. They didn't even address my sensitive tooth. That was the main reason I made the appointment. The dentist even told me this process would of taken 10 minutes. And they couldn't even address my issue. Or comp the service for waiting over 2 hours. They took a emergency patient and because of this all the appointments made got held back for hours. Why make a appointment at all? Also feel one person would say one thing and the dentist another. I feel I was being sold on services. This experience was awful. Wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. Thanks for nothing.

The best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Very friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. They explain every procedure and the out of pocket so their are not any surprises. Dr. Matt Cole is the best. He is very caring, gentle and never rushes you. He takes time to get to know you and makes you feel like family. I actually enjoy going to the dentist since i have been going to First Impressions Dentistry.
I am always recommending him to all my friends and family.

I’m not a fan of dentists, but everyone here makes me feel very comfortable, explains everything and makes sure I’m not in pain. My hygienist cares so much about my teeth keeping my teeth and gums healthy and keeping me updated on what I need to do to improve and what she sees I’m doing on a daily bases to help. Very personable and kind. It means so much to me, because I have had some very bad experiences with dentists, but this place renews my thought process about dentists. Thank you 🙏🏻

Look no further. This dentistry is spectacular. I've been twice so far and had little to no wait time (well organized) and exceptional service. Top of the line cleaning where my teeth dont only look better, but they feel better. Perfect operation coordination where you know exactly what they are doing before they do it and very comforting results. Again, if you're looking for a dentist, look no further.

Very kind, personable, and attentative staff! I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to see me quickly and their thoroughness. There was a minor mistake with a prescription, but it was resolved, and the staff was patient and helpful when it came up. Definitely excellent customer service, I'll be going back for future care, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

Courtney is excellent! Very personable and had great music tastes. The facility was great and had awesome cool gadgets that cleaned my teeth up perfectly. Courtney even removed some coffee staining from my front teeth 🦷 ❤️
