I have been going to Dr. Pilgrims since the very beginning of my eighth grade year. I am 22 years old now! Prior to going here I had a horrible fear of dentists due to a really bad experience when I was a kid. Dr. Pilgrim and his staff have taken amazing care of me ever since and now I look forward to my visits! I recommend this office 10/10 for any dental needs you might have. Especially if you fear the dentist! They will take care of you!

I have been going to Dr. Pilgrim since he took over his predecessor's practice, but with the way things have changed recently I am looking for a new dentist. My last experience there was terrible. The hygienists that I had come to know and trust were gone and the new ones were only concerned with each other. I was then told by Dr. Pilgrim that I'm crazy for having children at my age. I understand that I've been a patient for a while so he probably felt like we were on friendly terms, but I go to dentist for my teeth not judgments on my life. When the staff was notified, she was incredibly dismissive. When a patient comes to you, Jordan, with something like this; the appropriate response is "I'm so sorry that happened, let me talk to the doctor" not "IF that was said it was said in a joking manner and meant no harm. Sorry you feel that way." I was going to let this slide until Jordan was so dismissive and rude. Dr. Pilgrim, your staff (with the exception of your long-timers) have gone down hill.

Dr. Pilgrim is awesome and the customer service is beyond what I ever imagined! I’m never in pain with any of their procedures and the staff makes your comfort their top priority! It’s also a huge plus that their facility is very clean! I highly recommend this office to anyone in the Okc/Moore area!

This dentist has always gone above and beyond for me in my dental needs. So once again in a very painful emergency while I was out of town he came through like a hero. He fit me in and had to skip his lunch to do it. He is honest and a great dentist!!!!! Thank you DR Pilgrim!

I rarely go to dentists because I really don't like the pain involved. My last experience with a different dentist was so bad that I haven't been to one in four years. But I needed a crown and was sent to Dr. Pilgrim by the military (I'm in the Army Reserves). Wow! His staff was fun and friendly, and there was NO PAIN. Usually when a dentist injects the Novocaine it hurts until it numbs. Not with Dr. Pilgrim. This is easily the best dentist I've ever visited, and I'm going here from now on. Plus, he and the staff worked very hard to ensure that I got taken care of quickly enough to meet my military obligation. I can't sing their praises loud enough!
