Quail Springs Dental Care

I have had a Dentist phobia for years and have neglected work that needed to be performed out of fear. I have been going to Quail Springs Dental to see Dr Hunter for two years and the experience has been very positive. Recently I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and 2 root canals in the same visit. Friends and family said I was "crazy" to have that much work done at once, but Dr Hunter and his staff assured me it would be okay and they weren't kidding. The visit was comfortable and the recovery took less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Dr Hunter and Quail Springs to anyone looking for a quality Dentist that truly cares about your comfort and overall dental health.

Pros: Friendly staff, great waiting times, clean and professional atmosphere.

Cons: Spent most of the entire visit pitching me Invisalign (which they have posters of everywhere in the office), which I certainly don't need. They spent less than 5 minutes on my teeth cleaning, but I spent around 30 minutes getting shown videos of Invisalign, which (again) I definitely do not need. This place obviously gets a pretty significant kickback when they sell an Invisalign product, so I felt more like a sales target than a patient. This, by far, is the biggest wrinkle at their practice. Nice people; sales-centric — not necessarily patient-centric — atmosphere.

First visit.. .I had a Awesome experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. From the time I walked in till I left. Thanks Bethany, Carrie, Diana and LaLa. Dr Hunter the best. Found me a Dental Office.

I have a bigger fear of dentists than of anything else I can think of, due to past experiences. I needed to have complete extraction, a couple implants, and bone grafting done, and I chose to do it all in one appointment. I did quite a bit of research, and Dr. Hunter came highly recommended. Dr. Hunter and his staff knew how terrified I was, and they made sure I was informed and that I was well taken care of every step of the way. Dr. Hunter, both before the appointment, and now after, was never too busy to sit down with me and answer my questions. My biggest fear was that I would be aware of what was going on, even though I was going to be given oral sedation. I was not aware during the whole process; I really do not remember anything about the surgery. I truly cannot say that any of the experience was unpleasant. Of course, there was pain during recovery, but it was manageable and normal. I have had two adjustments made so far, and they are willing to have me come right in whenever there is a spot that may be irritated. I would recommend Dr. Hunter and his staff to anyone who needs a caring dentist!

The staff is always so very nice, and everyone does such a great job. I’ve never had a bad experience with this team. I highly recommend this office.

DR CRAIG HUNTER is a professional, knowledgeable and concern dentist. And his Hygienist and the entire staffs are AMAZING! I met DR HUNTER when I had a very serious gum decease, as hopeless I was, he encouraged me and started my treatment. And now I am proud to say I am gum decease free. My first visit here was great, everyone was so nice. The front desk lady was very polite. My Dental Assistant was very informative and gave me great advice for my daughter birthday party. They offered me a blanket, water and even offered to turn the tv on while I get my teeth cleaned. At the end of my appointment Brittany came in we discuss the bill and they set me an appointment for the following week. After looking over the bill and all the work that needed to be done. I decided I should wait until the week of the 27th to get my tooth extraction and cavity done if they had it available. On Monday I gave them a call and spoke with Mrs. Mohagany after telling her I need to reschedule she became really pushy I tried to explain to her which I didn't have to do, why I needed to reschedule and she continued to talk over me ignoring my request. I felt like I was pushed into making a decision I knew wasn't going to work for me. She talked to me like I was a 3 year old disregarded everything I was saying. Never asking me what day I needed to reschedule for I eventually called back and canceled my appointment. I really enjoyed my first visit and wanted to continue coming but after dealing with Mrs. Pushy Mohagany I will not come back. If you want to keep your customers keep her off the phones. Tip for Mohagany listen to your customers. Stop trying to make them changed their decisions. You're doing too much, Relax

Everyone was super friendly. Very informative and I didn’t leave discouraged when I left. Everyone was really gentle. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. It’s a very upbeat and calming environment.

The administrative staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The hygienists and the dentist were courteous and professional. Everyone who worked with me carefully addressed my needs and concerns.

The staff at Quail Springs Dental Care was very friendly and professional. I came in with many many concerns; and with great patience and knowledge, they answered each concern and made me feel at ease with the procedure and any follow up procedures. I highly recommend giving their clinic a try.
