The website specifically asks if you need any accommodations. I responded that I am immunocompromised and would need staff to wear masks while interacting with me - an incredibly minimal precaution. I received a voicemail from front desk staff informing me that while they would not make any accommodation for me (then why is that field on the website form???) and would not be doing anything outside of their regular (and totally insufficient for a medical facility) precautions (zero) but that they were more than comfortable allowing me to bring a mask. While I appreciated being given permission to protect them from me, I did not require their permission, I required the accommodations offered on the website because I have a right to have my teeth fixed without dying or becoming permanently disabled. I obviously canceled my appointment. Or at least I think I did, she hung up on me when I called to complain. Doubtless this will be ringing endorsement for all the other Oklahomans who think personal freedom means the right to kill others, but in case anyone else hopes to receive medical treatment that prioritizes "first do no harm" - you may want to look elsewhere.
I did appreciate at least being notified in advance that no consideration for my medical condition would be offered before I arrived and my life and health knowingly and forcefully endangered without (and in direct opposition to) my consent.
Update - I have removed the staff members name from this review as my complaint is primarily with the policy failure, not a specific employee, and I do not want anyone's job to be affected. I was in incredible and constant pain when I wrote this (which the appointment was meant to address) and while I stand by the substance of my review, I regret including reference to any specific employee. I have no intention of callimg the office to discuss, I already tried to do that repeatedly last week to no avail and my messages were not returned.

Thanks to the entire staff!!! Especially Lacreatia, Latoya and the fantastic Dr. Hunter. I have never felt so comfortable and secure being in such a vulnerable position. Dr. Hunter is a consummate provider and overall a compassionate dentist. I recieved nothing but the most professional care. I can't thank your awesome team enough for the outstanding care I recieved today. Thank you all!!!

From entry to exit, the services provided by both the Dr, assistants, front desk personnel, have been Best In Class. Efficient, punctual, accurate, friendly and caring. Those are the things I look for when choosing a dental office and this is why I keep returning. Thank you

Dr.Hunter works fast and efficient. The staff however….They tend to add services while working on your teeth, and there’s a lot of sneaky billing. Make sure they have your consent for everything they do or put on your teeth. The staff has high turnover, so you’ll be dealing with a lot of new people.

I came in for an emergency extraction of my wisdom teeth. Never have been here before but they processed me very quickly and have me scheduled for two days from now. As comfortable as I can be in a dentist office.
