After working in the dental field for years, I am a real critic and I honestly could not find one thing I didn’t appreciate in this office. Dr. Maltsberger is a very thorough and experienced dentist. I appreciated that he talked specifically about the health of my bone and gums and the condition of each tooth. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The office was tastefully appointed and they utilized the most current technology and practice effective techniques. I’m so impressed with this office I will definitely be looking forward to coming back and referring to my friends and family.

In a nutshell: super friendly staff, really knowledgeable dentist, great service. It is obvious Dr. Maltsberger really knows his stuff and enjoys being a dentist, but he's also great at making me feel at ease and you can tell he actually cares about you as a patient. The front desk staff were super helpful at finding me a last minute appointment that worked with my schedule. Overall, a great experience and good dental results.

I love going to Innovative Family Dentistry. I started here when I needed braces and decided to use them as a dentist as well because of the friendly staff and the very helpful receptionist, Paula. I almost always have the same dental assistant, Lashel, and I really like talking with her. In the past, I have gone to dentist offices and hated getting a cleaning because the assistants were rough with my gums and teeth when they were scraping. Lashel is always gentle with my teeth and gums. She does a great job and is personable as is the rest of the staff. I used to be so nervous and dread going to the dentist but I look forward to go to Dr. Maltsberger’s office. Had a great experience yet again when I went today to get my regular x-rays and cleaning. I even had to have them re-glue a piece on my permanent retainer and they got it done in a timely manner right after my original appointment. I did call ahead and let them know I was having issues a few days before and Paula wrote it in for me. Great team!!
