Took great care of all four of my kids (Ages 3-9) and my husband. They had movies and a few books for my kiddos to look at while I got my teeth cleaned. They had a lot of extra precautions for the virus too-great experience!

No waiting, was taken back to chair on arrival. All of the staff were adhering to COVID safety requirements. Staff was courteous & professional & skillful with the treatments I received. Dr. Maltsberger took his time to ensure the appliance he made fit properly. Then he sat & explained the purpose of the appliance & encouraged me to contact the office with any questions or problems. He definitely wants the best outcome for his patients.

I had to have an implant. There was careful and clear explanation of the procedure and the costs. The receptionist bent over backwards to get me back in ASAP cuz I have a big ugly hole in my mouth that shows when I smile, laugh. They needed to do a CT of my jaw bone and had that machine in office. That’s nice. Overall a pleasant experience in a clean, up to date office, with nice people.

Dr. Maltsberger and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are not only my family’s dental office, but they have also graciously teamed up with Recovering Smiles Foundation, a non-profit program founded to assist recovering drug addicts to receive a new smile after the destruction drugs inflicted on their smiles. They are changing lives of those who had no hope in ever being beautiful again!!!! I have grown to love all of the ladies in his office, absolute sweethearts!

Everyone was professional and nice. The whole process went smoothly as I were the only one there. And they didn’t ask me questions while working on me! And they always seemed to know the perfect time to use the suction (I need one of those).

Today was my first visit. Everyone introduced themselves to me, and I was shown around the office. Dr. Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Almost all of the employees have worked for Dr. Joe for many, many years. It’s a great place to go for all your dental needs.
