I’ve had the most extreme case of dental anxiety for the past 21 years. I can confidently say that this office has closely cured this, just in the short amount of time I’ve spent here. The atmosphere is welcoming. Everyone is so kind and personable. The sense of humor from the staff is enlightening as well. They’ve pulled so many strings to get me in on short notices and have impressed me with the amount of professionalism and compassion. I don’t feel like a patient when I’m here. I feel genuinely cared about and I trust them, which I’ve never been able to say about any dental office. Thank you to Dr. Erickson, Vanessa, Emily, Katie, and those that I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet. Your office has done the impossible with me and I’ll forever be grateful for that.

After having a high anxiety of dental visits and postponing dental care for years, I made an appointment with SUMMIT FAMILY DENTAL for a cleaning and lost filling. The visit was amazing with high tech/state-of-the-art equipment, friendly/professional staff, and empathetic dentists (special "shout-out" to Dr. Hill and Dr. Erikson), my visit was the best I have ever had in my lifetime. I am no longer fearful of dental appointments and plan to remain a patient of this practice well into the future.

I walked in the door and was greeted by Jessica. It was a feeling that you would get when walking into your best friends home, warm, and welcome. After an extremely brief stay in the waiting room my hygienist, Heather called me back to the exam room. All I can say is that all of the typical nerves of going to the dentist were gone the second you are greeted by these beautiful, and caring ladies. Dr. Erickson did my preliminary exam before my 6 month cleaning, and he’s an absolute blast. Asked me how my golf game was coming along, told him I was about to turn pro. Heather was the absolute most gentle hygienist that Has ever cleaned my teeth, and she thoroughly explained any concerns I had, and put together a treatment plan that was easy to understand, and worked with my busy schedule. All in all, the best dental experience in the Rogue Valley by far. 10/10 recommend.

Summit offers amazing dental care! Their staff is professional and friendly. I am so impressed with how seamless it was to call for an appointment and start getting the dental care I needed. I am glad I chose this team and would highly recommend!!

Who can honestly say they love visiting the dentist? Well now, I can!! I had to get my teeth cleaned and spent the entire time laughing with my hygienist Ashley. She was incredible, hilarious and made me feel so comfortable. I'm honestly looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months. I originally had my appointment scheduled for late May, but Kayde was awesome and got me in much sooner when she had a cancellation. She's so sweet, and on top of it! Oh yeah, Dr. Erickson is pretty great too ;)

I had a dental emergency while passing through Medford and Kayde was able to accommodate me and get me an appointment very quickly. Dr. Erickson and Sabra did a fantastic job with my tooth. The office was state of the art and incredibly clean. Everyone there was nice and professional and I left with my tooth feeling better than ever.

Dentists are the butt of many jokes about pain and suffering- so it made quite an impression on me when the staff at Summit went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I've never had a better dental experience, from the desk staff, the hygienists, and my doctor. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful dentist office. I get a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, and I knew I had a cavity. I just moved here, so I had some issues with my insurance being accepted at most places, but the team here were friendly and helpful. They helped me with my insurance before and after my appointment and even gave me a coupon to help me get an exam, a cleaning, and x-rays for very cheap. My hygienist, Heather, was very sweet and personable. I felt like she was thorough and answered all my questions. Dr. Suing was also sweet, and was attentive to the things I said I was concerned about and offered good advice. I was happy to have help from Kayde, and a few other ladies that I can’t remember the names of, who helped me along the way, especially with insurance, which I am very appreciative of. The facility was clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy with Summit Family Dental Care, and am excited to be a new patient here!

My first experience with Summit Dental was AMAZING!! It started before I even got there with Jessica’s recommendations and Kadye’s expertise with the Insurance. Then I literally believe Alex gave me the best and most profession cleaning experience I’ve ever had with a dental hygienist!! I'm Judy's husband Paul. Summit has been a great experience from day one when I looked to them for major first time denture procedure. Dr. Hamilton has been very honest, very professional and like a real friend.
Made me feel comfortable when I was so self conscious about my oral situation. Today I went in for an adjustment, repair on my lower and was not charged for the minor work. Trevor, his assistant, was great as well.
I always feel at home with the entire crew there at Summit Dental. I highly recommend them for their kind and warm service. Thanks Guys!
