We recently moved here from Eugene and had to find a new dentist...and very glad we found Summit! They are amazing- the staff is professional and very friendly, while prompt and well organized. Ashley (RDH) does a great job and makes the dentist an actual enjoyable experience. Our whole family is now going to Summit and we highly recommend.

Dr.Suing, Tiffani and Jessica were fabulous! Everyone at this office was understanding, informative and extremely patient with an older, reluctant person. I'm so glad I made right decision to go with this office. A special thanks to Heather for being a most awesome hygienist.

Some dentists fix teeth, some change lives. After decades of dealing with an intense phobia, bad military dental work and bad genetics, the pain had finally driven me to get my teeth fixed. Dr Keck offered full sedation dentistry where I would be put under but instead she began to talk to me about fears. Every hygienist catered to my phobia and I was finally able to understand the trauma that had occurred to me and truly overcome my fears. During her maternity leave her husband Dr Erickson performed a root canal in my front tooth without nitrous that would NEVER have been possible if they had not worked with me to overcome my fears. I truly cannot express how grateful I am and how much money they’ve saved me.

Liz and Dr. Suing made my the not so fun experience of getting cavities filled into a great one. Liz was very hands on and did a wonderful job! Dr. Suing was very friendly and me feel comfortable. The two were very efficient in getting the job done.

The dental care was good, which is why I can give two stars. If the dentists in this office want to keep their business they need to help their front end staff accurately quote treatment cost. Last year my family was presented over $500 in extra cost not discussed until after treatment was finished. I just got a crown completed and now have been presented with $800 in extra cost not quoted until after treatment was complete. No compassion, no empathy, just a lot of BS. I paid my bill and now taking my family of 5 somewhere else. Honestly I would not have this office do any work on you because you can't know exactly what it will cost you. There are too many dentists in Medford for you to take a risk on coming to this office.

Against my better judgment knowing once word of mouth gets around, it is going to make it that much more impossible to get a quick appointment. I Highly Recommend Dr. Erickson. I have been to too many dentists over the last 30 years... and he is by far one of the best I have had the pleasure to deal with. Amazing skills with a needle and up front about everything going on... I cant say that for some of the other offices I have dealt with in the past. Do yourself a favor and give him a shot... rather... give him the opportunity to give you one; you wont regret it in comparison to the other options around this area.

I saw Heather and Jesenia, they were absolutely wonderful! This practice is clean, efficient, and takes extreme care for COVID precautions. I was introduced to Summit through a program they offered for fire survivors, I like so many am not a fan of the dentist chair, Jesenia and Heather have changed that for me as they are professional, compassionate, and truly kind. I will be a patient of this practice for life!!!

The special treatment and care I received during my dental procedure was amazing. I had a rough time with some anxiety and nausea and they were so patient. Mckennah (sp?) was especially kind. Thank you for getting me through it!!

Medford has yet to disappoint me.
I had an excellent dentist who insisted on performing long cleanings on all his patients himself, so I was hesitant about Summit Dental.
I had my initial cleaning done by Judy who is professional and experienced. She introduced me to GUM brand soft picks which work really well between my overly tight teeth.
I needed two fillings and a crown. (I'm immune suppressed and it has negatively affected my teeth.)
Dr. Hamilton did all this work efficiently in less than an hour. He was polite as well as efficient and was assisted by Ethan who knowledgeable and kind. He was right, the final cap was much less painful than the temporary had become. I was able to eat a full meal as soon as the anesthesia wore off.
It has been awhile now and I am still quite pleased with their care.
I WILL NO LONGER GO HERE.
When I called to have a simple filling replaced they wanted $100.00+
for an exam then several hundred for the tiny, easy side filling. This after charging me over $3000.00 ! APPALLING money grubbing!

I had a great experience at Summit Family. My husband and I are new to the area and needed to find a new dentist. It is a new beautiful modern office with a nice staff. They took one look at my mouth guard and my mouth and helped me SO much! I’m so grateful.
