I recently had a small cavity filled and I am now experiencing pain when chewing. The tooth was not causing me problems before, but now it is. I'm very disappointed and I am not looking forward to going back to the same dentist to have the problem fixed. It was painful enough the first time.

As a new patient I couldn't have felt more welcomed by the staff. Extremely friendly and accomidating to my needs. The office has spared no expense creating a comfortable atmosphere and providing top of the line equipment which only adds to the positive experience. I even received a phone call later in the evening from the Dr. to make sure I was still doing well amd that I wasn't experiencing any discomfort from the procedure. That is first class in my mind. I have found my new dentist, for myself and my family.

Rude office staff. Reminder calls are a courtesy but don't say there wasn't an answer and then leave no voicemail? I called in the day I thought I had an appointment (which I did in literally 5 minutes) and I had to cancel because I woke up sick (puking, headache, the ropes). They told me I could either come in today, or pay. I'm sorry but I wasn't going to go in and get numbed and possibly 1. puke on the dentist or 2. not be able to feel myself puking and choke. That was not happening and the receptionist was very rude about it. I am switching dentists. I wasn't impressed by the dentist I saw either. Looks like I get to wait even longer to get my 3 cavities fixed.

About 3 years ago I broke a molar, left side bottom rear, and was able to get in at almost a moments notice. It broke on a Sunday and they got me in first thing Monday morning. Instead of pulling the tooth like I thought would be necessary, Dr. Combe took the time to fix it instead. I still have it because of his care. I had never tried Nitrous before and have to say I was shocked at how well it works. That first visit changed my entire attitude about going to the dentist.
Now to the nitty-gritty. Since that first visit I have been in to see them numerous times, from cleaning to a tooth extraction to getting a crown done. The staff is very professional. I will be a patient with them as long as I have teeth! :) They are the best!

I have seen two to three different dentists and paid money, but never got satisfied with the job done. Since I went to Sleep Dentistry, I met Dr. Edward Tran & am very satisfied with the way he treats me. He is a good listener and very caring/understanding. For anyone who is suffering from tooth pain, I’d say it’s worth to go here and ask for Dr. Tran. Your money won’t go to waste.

I have had IV sedation 3 times, this will be my 4th. The pro is that it's one needle stick if they get it the first time, and then you wake up and it's done. You won't remember a thing. That is the pro. The con is that it is uber expensive. I need 3 teeth fixed pretty bad, but I can only afford 1, and even that one is going take a year to pay off. So it builds a cycle of not being able to afford to fix a tooth until it's in really bad shape. Update - I told them I needed lots of Novocaine to be numb, and I woke up today after the procedure wit no root canal. My driver tells me I was on too much pain and they could't do it. I mean I've had it done 4 times now with no problem, so now I have huge doubts about going back here.

I avoided the dentist for almost a decade due to extreme dental anxiety. Would panic at even the thought of going. I finally decided to go here since it is aimed towards people with dental fears. Everything they did and said was purposeful to combat anxiety. Had to get a cavity filled, and it was as relaxing as it possibly could have been. Definitely would recommend!

I’m terrified of the dentist and have been all my life (I’m 71). If it wasn’t for sleep dentistry, and specifically Vicky, my teeth would be gone because I was too afraid to go to the dentist before I found them. Vicky is so patient and kind in the wake of my fears and anxieties. No one makes me feel ashamed because of my fear and everyone else there is very kind as well.

I haven't been to the dentist in years, so I was a little embarrassed to go. I could not believe how friendly the staff was. The assistant who helped me was courteous and so nice. I have other work coming up, and am looking forward to revisiting the clinic. Pricing was given to me upfront and it was reasonable for the work projected.

I went to Sleep Dentistry to get some work done and specifically to use the IV sedation. The back office technicians and dentist were excellent, however, the front office was a nightmare. I was given a quote and told what my insurance would cover. I had to pay the rest up front in advance.
After receiving my insurance statement, I discovered that not only had I been overcharged for certain procedures (above what Delta approved for in-network providers) but found out that my insurance covered 50% of a charge that I was made to pay up front in full. I was told that Delta did not cover the procedure. This whole thing added up to an overcharge of over $400.00 which I had paid up front. The worst thing was trying to work this situation out with my patient handler who was Natalie. She first came up with every excuse on why I owed the money i.e. I signed their (ridiculous) paperwork, I had asked that the procedures be done as requested (not true, went by their recommendations), etc. It took me almost 2 months of fighting with them and having Delta call them etc which was extremely stressful and made me sick to my stomach every time I had to call and try and gain further resolution. I would never go back again. As in-network providers of Delta, they should certainly have been familiar with what my insurance covered as well as how procedures should be conducted. Natalie was finally forced to reimburse my debit card for the overcharges, but what a nightmare!
