Children's Dental Health of Aston

I love this office ! They are so sweet . Deanna is literally the best . She shows my kids love every time . They make you feel like family . They really do a great job with the children’s teeth !

Loud and crowded with both patients and staff. Everyone was kind...but it was way too much for a shy kid. The hygienist made my son cry. We saw the dentist for maybe 5 minutes but our appointment took 1 and a half hours (x-ray was backed up, dental chairs were full, coordinator was with another client). They recommended dental surgery with a price tag in the thousands (after insurance). I looked for a 2nd opinion at another dentist. After struggling through getting CDHA to forward the correct xrays (they only sent one side of the mouth and bounced our phone calls from call center to call center). I finally got the x-rays reviewed and the next dentist completely disagreed with how much needed to be done. CDHA is not the best choice for my kids.

I like the office people here are friendly & clean. While waiting patiently we watch tv in the waiting room. The doctors give good advice and listen well with lots of smiles😁 clean teeth very good . Kids love the prizes

my husband took our 3 year old daughter to this office last week and he was very impressed with the staff, facility, and overall experience. thank you everyone for being so nice to my daughter and making it a great experience!

The over reliance on technology and failure to clearly establish a means to speak with a human being and not a message board in Texas is beyond frustrating. Having multiple kids, I am unable to figure out how to access all their records online: just records for one kid show up online and I cant seem to find a human voice or a published number which yields one. The Schein software they use is about as intuitive as self immolation. The phone number listed here will ring through to an appointment setting line. When they call me back from that line the call comes from a Texas number and promises to get things worked out go unmet. When you are at the office the gals out front are great and the dentists know their stuff: though we have had no challenges yet. The dentist made suggestions for orthodontic work in the presence of the child without knowing the child well and knowing family's insurance circumstances leaving me to listen to the gripes of a 12 year old for whom I can not afford braces. I dont know who knew more about tact: the dentist or the 12 year old. If you can take the technological and other assumptions made, and the lack of published numbers where people can be accessed, the kids teeth will get good care.

called today because my kids insurance changed and we had to switch dentists back to this dentist again, they got us in right away it was great. The staff was so nice and very helpful.

Absolutely awesome dentist office!!!

The office is amazing. The lack of stars is because of all the people at the front door smoking!! I bring my children here and there is always 3-5 people standing at the front door smoking.

Since the staff has change it’s a bit uncomfortable there
