I can not thank Kristy, Dr. Ohko and the staff enough for their understanding, patience and genuine concern. I highly recommend Childrens Dental Health at the Lancaster PA location. This place is so good. We went to the Aston office. It was my children’s first time and they loved it. Very clean and kid friendly office. Julissa and Christina was so nice and professional. I’m definitely bringing my kids back.

I recently took my 14 year old here for the first time, we always go to the DH location...it was a 5:30 appt and they close at 6...a regular cleaning appt. but my son was complaining of pain in which he thought was his tooth...he said he told them...they asked no questions and he said they just talked to eachother the whole time...he said it was rushed and when the woman came out to tell me he was done I looked At her surprised...it was literally 15 min for a 6 month check up and cleaning?? Now a week later my son is in pain with a huge abscess right at the gym where it hurt him above the tooth he was told was fine...Not cool...and I will Be putting in a complaint to whoever I can So that no one else’s child has to go through this

Love this dentist. Everyone’s friendly and understanding. My son has a developmental delay and is nonverbal. He’s terrified of the dentist and doctors office. The dentist and staff were so friendly, gentle and understanding with my son even though he was carrying on. Thank you!!

Took our kids here for a routine cleaning, they made us wait almost 40 minutes before we even saw a hygienist. Then we didn’t want our 4 year old to get X-rays so the dentist refused to see us and told us to find another practice.

I took my grandson (who is Autistic) to the Mechanicsburg, PA office and have nothing but rave reviews from the time we entered the door until we left. His regular dentist said he had 2 cavities, which turned out not to be the case. Both the Dental Assistant and the Dentist were patient, explained everything they were doing in detail to both my grandson and I and made what could have potentially been a really tramatizing experience into a procedure that was both painless and quick. His experience at this dental practice was phenominal. If you need the best in dental care for your child...this is the place to go hands down.
