I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Winans and his staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and professional. The office is beautiful and unlike any other I have ever seen. Dr. Winans is a high level master at his craft. Like Bruce Lee, Elvis, H.H. Dalai Lama, etc. Dr. Winans cannot be beat in terms of skill, knowledge, and talent.
I have never encountered such a skilled dentist! Dr. Winans is the Carl Sagan, Mozart, Michaelangelo, Picasso, etc. of dentistry! No exageration! Sincerely, every person with serious dental issues needs to go see Dr. Winans asap!
My teeth had a whole host of serious issues before I found Dr. Winans. I now realize that these dental issues must have been caused by a lifetime of going to dentists who were less skilled than Dr. Winans. I always liked my dentists, had great confidence in them. But Dr. Winans is on a whole other level of mastery I never knew existed.
I found Dr. Winans after having one of two complicated root canals poorly done by a root canal specialist. Dr. Winans completed that job masterfully and has since done an amazing job painlessly restoring my dental health. The most painless dental visits I've ever had, in fact. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Winans and his staff. You won't regret it.

A great office, very professional, and very considerate and thoughtful. If you do NOT like going to the dentist, and HATE that usual "dentist office smell" and atmosphere, then try Dr. Winans - it's like going to a dental SPA (ahhhhh). The treatment rooms are comfortable, with TVs high on the wall (you choose your show or music!) - great if you want to just "zone out" a little. I honestly don't know if there's any difference between what my insurance covers at my regular major healthcare institution versus Dr. Winans, but I also just don't care - you get what you pay for, and I'll happily pay for the extra care and attention!

I have been visiting Dr Winans office for over 10 years and refuse to go anywhere else. When I started going there it was because it was close to my office in Lewisburg, Now I work in Danville and travel the 30 mins to his office. All of the fabulous women he has now and has had on staff have been great. I used to be afraid of the dentist, but now I look forward to going. Anyone talks about going to the dentist, I always recommend Dr. Winans.
