Union Dental Health

This place is beautiful, the ambiance is so relaxing. The Girls are super sweet, friendly, really down to earth, from the moment you walk in every person in there that you come in contact with is super great! I also really like the way my teeth are cleaned 😁

Well, I'm a pretty honest person. So, when asked how I was doing at my first appointment, I told them, "I feel like I'm going to throw up!". They were immediately concerned and asked, "oh no why?". I laughed and said, "I'm at the dentist!". They laughed right back and I felt a little of the stress melt off. After paperwork, to which I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the classic rock they had playing, I met Missy. It was Missy, who took my nerves from major shaking hands, to completely calm hands. I don't know how she did it, I just know that I was comfortable. And then I met Dr. Winans. Conversational and personable. And it went on down the line. The hygienist, girls at the front desk...everyone, was so comfortable--real. I cannot believe I am going to say this, (might be a first for me) but, I look forward to my next visit.

Outstanding patient-centered care. Receptionists, hygienists, and Drs. Bonomo and Chitkara were all both courteous and professional. I will return regularly.

I have to say I was very impressed with Union Dental Health. From the receptionist at the desk, to the hygienist and Dr. Bonomo they were all amazing and made me feel very comfortable which helped my anxiety. I would definitely recommend Union Dental Health.

Unbelievably fantastic, I have been to many dentist in my life and will never see any other but Dr. Winans. I felt at home as soon as entered the office. Dr. Winans staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I have never been to a dentist that is so down to earth and caring. I had a procedure done, and the next day, Dr. Winans called me to see how I was doing. What other dentist does this? After several procedures, I can say I have been virtually pain free except for the little pinch from the anaesthetic.
Heck, there's even free refreshments in the waiting area. Speaking of waiting, every time I have been there, my appointment starts on time!! Scheduling is is very flexible and they even call to remind you of your appointment.
Do yourself a favor, stop googling dentist and call Dr. Winans. You won't regret it!!!!!!

I would like to comment on just how much I enjoy my visits to this office. Not only are the dogs super friendly but so is everyone on the staff. Laura is extremely informative and educational during my cleanings so I always know where I stand when I walk out of the office. She takes such good care of my that I only need to come in every 6 months. If I do have a need to see Dr. Winans I know it is going to be a pain free visit.

I avoided getting dental care I needed for years. When I couldn’t put it off any longer I started looking for someone who would acknowledge and work with me on my extreme anxiety surrounding dental care visits. Dr Winans and his entire staff listened to me, then worked with me to make the visits quick and comfortable. I just finished visit 3 out of 4 to take care of what I neglected for so long. I’m looking forward to an ongoing maintenance relationship after my next session. If it wasn’t for the staff here I probably would have continued the cycle of only going to see dentists in an emergency, then changing who I saw each time as well. Thank you Dr Winans and everyone who works with you!

My son is on the autism spectrum and I brought him to Union Dental for his very first dental visit after being referred by a classmates mother. I informed them on the phone that this was his very first dental visit and he was on the autism spectrum and also notes this on his patient registration forms. This information was not communicated to the staff as we had to remind them of this. Because of my sons diagnosis and since this was his first visit, my husband and I both planned on going back with my son. When we went back to the exam room, a staff member made a comment about both my husband and I being there and it made me feel uncomfortable. After they were aware of this information, I feel he was treated more appropriately and it was a good experience.
