The staff at East Cooper is so easy to work with and friendly. Lane is my hygienist, and she does an amazing job cleaning my teeth without any pain! She is so nice and makes great conversation, which helps create a welcoming and relaxing environment in a place that has a tendency to create anxiety. Highly recommend!!!

In truth, the service levels have never waned in my many years of visiting East Cooper Dental. For a service industry that can sometimes be associated as a dreaded task, I find myself looking forward to my visit because of the friendly staff and the down-to-earth dentist. Imagine this. You wake up on a Saturday morning and you can’t even tolerate the pain while drinking a cup of water. You know a nerve is exposed. You haven’t seen the dentist in years. Oh no!! I called East Cooper Dental first thing on Monday, and due to the urgency they were able to see me and I was out before lunch! Dr. Warner and his staff were great in how they were able to remedy my pain immediately (without drugs), they were able to fit me in even though they are very much in demand, they were thorough, and all in a relaxed environment. I found my new dental practice!

I have been going to Dr. Warner for over 2 years now. His team is always very welcoming and make sure that their patients feel comfortable and appreciated. They are great at explaining the entire process, including insurance and pricing. If you have some problem areas, they will set up a treatment plan with you. They'll also do pre-treatment estimates with your insurance company to see how much you can expect to see on the bill. Typically I walk in the door and they call me back within 5 minutes. This is the place to go if you need a cleaning or filling on your lunch break.
