This was the first time I used this practice. Everyone, clerical, hygienist and dentist were friendly and professional. The office was clean. Best of all they accepted my dental plan, United Concordia. I highly recommend this practice. Act fast as they are usually booked.

Front office staff pleasant. Waiting area with a strong deodorizer scent; not good for asthma patients or those with allergies. Waited almost an half an hour to be seen. Dawn was great.

I was well treated and everyone was very friendly. My only problem was I had already been diagnosed that I needed a crown. I already had x-ray and could have transferred those to the office. They would have all that they needed and I didn't think it was necessary for another x-ray. They just wanted to make a few extra bucks.

For me, the worst experience. I went for a cleaning as a new patient, was told I needed a full set of X-rays. They took 20 minutes to find the dental records sent from my prior dentist and then told me they didn't have any time to do my X-rays and cleaning. I had done nothing wrong and felt it was only fair to take care of me since they did not have their medical records together. I will never go back.
