Cedar Spring Family Dentistry

My family and I are so grateful to the entire staff at Cedar Springs Family Dentistry to several reasons!
First, I called Monday to schedule appointments as new patients, and the ladies at the front desk were so patient and polite! And they got all five of us in for cleanings this week!
Next, I had my new patient appointment with Theresa and Dr. Birch. Both absolutely wonderful! Theresa was gentle, professional, and personable. Dr. Birch laid out all the work I would need done in simple to understand language and didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed like some dentists have in the past.
Finally, all three of my sons were seen this morning, ages 10, 6, and 3! I was fully expecting to my running between all three rooms checking on them, but that was not the case! Rosemary started our 3 year old’s appointment with a book about dental health and had our son hooked! He was able to say “that’s enough” and take a break. Rosemary explained everything so that he could understand and was so perfect for him! I would have details on the two older boys, but I didn’t even have to pop my head into their rooms! Afterwards, both said their hygienists were nice and fun! Dr. Woollen saw all three boys and I could tell has a true heart for children. He explained everything so well without making me feel like a bad mom for my kiddos having some cavities and liking candy.
The scheduling and insurance staff worked so hard to make the most of my insurance coverage and laid everything out in the simplest terms while being so friendly and polite!
Overall, I wish everyone could make this office their dentist! If you’re nervous, anxious, unsure, this is the place for you! Wonderful for all ages and stages! I can’t recommend Cedar Springs Family Dentistry enough!!

I really love how helpful everyone is in this office. They are always able to get me scheduled with out a long waiting list.

I received excellent care from the very professional and knowledgeable staff.

Got a massive tooth ache over the weekend and I was flying out of town Monday evening. Waited until Monday first thing morning to make phone calls to see who can take me in same day before my trip. Called a few places before here and all were a few days out. Cedar springs family dentistry took me in same day. Got a root canal and crown put in right before my trip!! Very happy and pleased with the work and service they provided. This will be my new local dentist visits from now on

Hurting or post-problem with a procedure? I've been with this dental practice close to a year and they have never left me "hanging", waiting for an appointment. They are genuinely kind and do excellent work! I couldn't tell which was a newly filled tooth because it looked like my crowns....beautiful. (Oh, and I'm the Mrs.)

There are not enough good words to say how awesome Dr Woollen and the team are... WOW... (I'm sure the other doctors are awesome too) From the time you arrive to the person that takes your payment it is truly a great experience... P. S. They are also very compassionate and gentle too...

I called at 12 noon with a broken front tooth and hoped beyond hope that they could get me in later that day. Fingers crossed, I spoke with a super friendly gal who not only was able to get me in but was able to get me in that very afternoon as a new patient. They texted me a link so I could fill out my paperwork online and not have to sit with an awkward position trying to fill out paperwork with my horrible handwriting. Once I got there, the staff was extremely helpful and assuring. My dentist, after examining my teeth (which were a trainwreck to be honest) and a few x-rays (which came up immediately on a tv screen directly above me...very cool) told me he could fix my tooth and also let me know of what was going on with my teeth. My insurance covered most of the cost, but tbh, my part was very reasonable. My tooth came out gorgeous!!!! I've never been happy with my smile, due to bad teeth, but with a few more visits, my teeth will be fabulous. I highly recommend coming here. They bent over backwards to make me feel welcome and that's something I highly value. I will be bringing my entire family here.

I had one of the most great experience yesterday at Cedar Spring Family Dentistry! My first time over there and still so so happy to have selected them!!
Leah my hygienist was not only sweet, patient but very professional not only doing a wonderful job but helping me to reached Dr Woollen to help me changing a filing and other couple of things wasn’t supposed to be done yesterday! Dr Woollen you have an Angel hands I didn’t feel pain and you were fantastic, thank you 🙏. Was my only day off and I really appreciated the kindness and fast job!

The facility is big, impeccable, beautiful and very comfortable! The sweet ladies at the front desk were great and so helpful!

Awesome staff and service! Very friendly and makes you feel at home during painful times. They walk you through every step and what to expect. Would recommend to anyone for dental needs. I’m horrible with names so I might get his name wrong but Dr. Richards went above and beyond for me. Thanks again
