When we moved here I was reluctant about finding a dentist because back home my dentist was my uncle growing up. So it was going to be hard to find a dentist and team that I trusted as much as I did my uncle. However, Dr. Richards and Cedar Springs was recommended to me by a friend and after my first cleaning I knew that I was in good hands. Dr. Richards and the hygienist I have had have always been great. The staff there always ask about how my schooling is going and about my family. They are great about working with you as far as payment goes and if any procedures are needed he is very thorough about providing the possible options. I highly recommend Dr. Richards and his staff to everyone that asks me for a dentist in Spartanburg. Will miss him and his team when we move next summer!

The dental care from hygentis and Dr. Is great. Each team member does not make you feel as if they are only there for a job, they truly care about you and what is best for you. Awsome team

They took me in right away & were so professional, respectful, empathetic & worked very hard to make me feel relaxed & cared for. I had an abscess & was in pain & they took care of me. Their office is clean & all the staff were friendly. They followed universal precautions and even though the office was full of patients, I didn't feel rushed. Excellent care.
