Dr Poole and his staff are always so friendly, and so accommodating. I have been coming to this practice since Dr. Janecek was the dentist. My children love this office. The staff have literally watched them grow up. I even convinced my husband to switch over when his dentist retired. They will take great care of you and your teeth!!!

We moved from South Carolina more than a year ago, and I just called Dr. Poole today to ask his advice about my night guard. I like my current dentist, but I really value Dr. Poole's opinion, too. Dr. Poole always gives you a call back, and speaks with you. I appreciate that! It's difficult to find a good dentist sometimes, and Dr. Poole's staff is outstanding. Dr. Poole has a wonderful personality, and he really cares. That was apparent when he called me back long after I ceased to be his patient! He's wonderful with kids, and he is very patient and understanding. He made great referrals for a periodontist, an oral surgeon, and an orthodontist in the past, and has a great chair-side manner. He is willing to answer all your questions, and the staff are so helpful and understanding, too. We were sorry to move from such a great crew of people!!!
