While calling around for a dentist for my husband whom is in need of getting help with a tooth, I called this office and unfortunately was not pleased with the customer service received. I do not remember her name but she wanted nothing to do with trying to help me. When she asked me what was wrong and I explained his situation she told me that the dentist doesn't do extractions and she would give me oral surgeons numbers to call, while asking a question she places me on hold comes back and says she doesn't have any numbers. I then ask her what makes her so sure the tooth cant be saved? She was very short with me from the beginning. She says then, well we can take a look. What was so hard about offering that from the beginning? I told her I was good and would do business else where she says the generic answer HAVE A GOOD DAY. My opinion this is not the way to treat people. Especially someone looking for guidance in the dental area. If the attitude at the door is uneasy, cant help but wonder how the rest is. We all have bad days I get it.......

I was having some tooth pain and was looking for a dentist close by that would be able to see me ASAP. They were able to see me that day and were kind enough to watch my son and play with him while I had xrays done. Very family friendly and wonderful staff!
