They made all of our appointments a breeze and were able to give me the answers I was looking for!! Definitely happy!!

First class all the way! Dr. Lyons is not only the best dentist I've ever used, he is one of the kindest and most pleasant people I've had the privilege of meeting. The same can be said for every person that works for him, and it's clear he only hires high caliber people. Cassidy is my hygienist, and she too deserves high praise. I have what most people would describe a paralyzing fear of the dentist . However I had a dental emergency with a broken tooth that needed a root canal . Dr Rob was able to send me to get a root canal from the endodontist who is spectacular and set me up with Cassidy to treat the underlying problem. I typically take anxiety medication prior to going to dentist appointments even for cleanings. Cassidy did an amazing job even though the procedure for scaling certainly is normally very uncomfortable at best painful at worst. She was extremely gentle and kind and understanding. And my smile looks fantastic and my teeth feel wonderful. What a wonderful staff. They're looking to take care of their patients not their pocketbooks. Tessa at the front desk is amazing with her happy beautiful smile period and the other ladies of course were just as fantastic . I highly recommend this practice

My husband and I can’t say enough about the expert care we have received from Dr. Lyons and his dental staff! In our sixties, we have been under the care of more than a few dentists. Dr. Lyons is at the top of the list! His first-rate, professional skills are only matched by his kindness and compassion. He makes you feel like you are a VIP or celebrity with the amount of attention and time he devotes to your case. My husband has severe dental phobia and Dr. Lyons has the ability to deal with people like him. Many other dentists advertise that they cater to this condition, but we can tell you that has not been our experience. I have had significant issues with gum disease and working with Dr. Lyons and his amazing dental hygienist, Raye, those issues are now controlled. In addition, Dr. Lyons and his team have been offering emergency dental services through the pandemic, a service that my husband required due to an infected tooth. Sincere thanks to Dr. Lyons and staff! From Tessa, at the front desk, to the hygienist team, Raye, Kim and Cassidy, to Dr. Lyons, we would highly recommend Ponderosa Smiles to anyone looking for quality and compassionate dental care!

The staff is extremely kind and accommodating and the cherry on top is the overall warm and welcoming environment they have created. The two I met - Dr. Rob and Cassidy- are very professional, kind and make it a point to ensure you are taken care and get to know you as a person. I recently became a patient at Ponderosa Pines.
Cassidy was my hygienist (and will continue to be!!). She made me feel right at home and even brought me a warm blanket when I got cold. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have very sensitive gums and she was very gentle but thorough! I have found my life long hygienist!!
