We are new to RC and had not taken the time to find a dentist until I lost a crown. UFD was able to see me the same week. The very first thing that impressed me is they answered the phone without me having to go through an automated phone routine first and I did not need to leave a message to have them call me back. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and was willing to give me pricing over the phone (no dental insurance). The office was easy to find with convenient parking. The office lobby was clean and comfortable. I did not have any wait time after I got the paperwork completed. The dental assist was fantastic as well. She introduced herself, she was friendly and she explained everything clearly. Dr. Rumple was wonderful as well. I could go on and on. Our family has found our new dentist in RC!

The people that work in this office are amazing. They are so kind, efficient and it shows how much they actually care. I go here, as well as my 6 year old daughter.
