The staff is always very helpful and professional. They make you feel welcome and are always smiling. You can really tell that they all love their jobs! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Dentist in Rapid City.

I have always received A+ professional care there. Dr. Eric and all his staff treat you as more than just a patient. They take the time to spend with you, clearly explaining things, getting to know you both medically and personally. One never feels rushed through or insignificant. I was originally impressed when I went for my own cleaning and exam- Lisa was my hygienist and she was wonderful, as was Dr. Eric. But it was with my daughter that I was overly floored with the service that was received. My daughter is 2 and this was her first dental exam, and it could not have gone more smoothly. Amy was absolutely amazing with her, and from the second she came and got her from the waiting room, my daughter was laughing and at ease with her. Dentist offices can be intimidating for many people- but especially children... and to have a staff that was SO overly kid-friendly and open was wonderful. I definitely would recommend Dr. Eric and his team to anyone, but especially those with children who are looking for a great place to make it less "scary" for them! As a military family, we always try to support our Guard family, and we are grateful for Dr. Eric's service as a military member, and for creating such a wonderful family-friendly environment in his civilian business as well.

Eric and his staff are awesome!! Eric even consulted with two other doctors to discuss my case, to make sure that I was going to get the best treatment plan for my needs. I cannot give he and his staff enough praise. Very nice & professional staff in a cool, luxurious new office with street parking right outside the door!

Awesome service for a first time patient. Had somewhat of an emergency situation and Dr. Unkenholz was able to see me immediately to take care of the issue and provide a solution. Very professional staff and by far the best dental service I've experienced. Highly recommend their services to anyone, especially people who are apprehensive about going to see a dentist!

Everyone is so friendly and professional. The patient's comfort is of utmost importance for Dr. Eric and his amazing assistants. The work I have had done is top quality. Would recommend to anybody!

Had popped a crown last night while at the Sturgis bike rally. Didn't want to eat until my crown was fixed. Researched on line for a decent dentist close to me in Rapid City area. Ran across this location and waited till this morning to call. When I called, a very nice lady named Trish answered. I explained my situation and she said she would call me back after talking to their doctors but mentioning they were booked all day. Received a call within 30 minutes saying they could take me at 2 pm if I would agree. I went in and the girls at the front desk were great. Went back to the room where I met the dentist (sorry, can't remember name) but he and his assistant were amazing. 30 minutes later. I had my crown reinstalled and back at the rally once again. I was from out of town and leaving this coming Sunday and they did everything to ensure I was taken care of. THANK YOU SOO MUCH Unkenholtz Family!
