South Western Dental is always great to work with. I haven’t had a negative experience with them and I’ve been with them for several years. Helpful, kind, and knowledgeable for your dental care! Highly recommended.

Great dental office, very kind and professional. I have bad teeth, always have. I've been going here since I was about 18 so something around 10 years. My original dentist retired in that span of time, I now see his daughter and she's so very sweet! I never feel embarrassed about my bad teeth when I go here and my gums have actually improves so much since I started.

Dr. Ellenbecker is great. The staff here is amazing, every time I come in they do such an excellent job cleaning my teeth, being easy going/friendly while also promptly completing the service, and the office is very clean/tidy. I highly recommend South Western Dental, I have never had anything besides a great experience there...which is saying something for going to the dentist!

Normally I’m very pleased with the work they do. The dental hygienist are very friendly. But, I had a tooth that was bothering me for quite a few years (figured it was cracked) but never said anything because I didn’t want to get a crown put on because I’ve had 2 already and have ended up having to have root canals on both about 6 months after the crowns. Finally after years of putting up with the pain, I said something in one of my visits. Of course the dentist response was that it was cracked and needed a crown. I told him my experiences and didn’t want to do crown and end up having to do a root canal later and spending $1300 or more on a tooth. I told him I wanted it pulled instead. He told me he didn’t want to pull it and that he hardly ever has to do a root canal after a crown. So I reluctantly agreed and paid $650 for the crown. Low and behold 1 year later and I’m still having the same pain (if not worse) and they want to send me to a specialist and have some special scan done (more money that I didn’t want to spend) and then most likely come back and have to get a root canal done! I don’t plan on going to the specialist and pretty sure I’m not getting the root canal! If they won’t pull tooth for free, pretty sure my family and I will be finding a new dentist office!

I've been going to South Western Dental since I was little and I have always been happy with my hygienists and dentists! I have seen a couple throughout the years, and now I see Dr. Hansen - she is the best! She is so friendly and kind. The staff is very efficient - in my 20+ years of going there I don't think I've ever had a wait.

My family just switched to South Western Dental and had a 5 star experience. Our cleaning and exams were gentle and thorough. My toddler's first dentist visit went smoothly with Jessica and Dr. Hansen accommodating his wiggles and my need to interrupt my own appointment periodically to make sure he was safe and entertained.
Prior to my visit I asked for my previous dental x-rays to be sent to SW Dental and these images were reviewed during my appointment, ensuring continuity of care.

I give my highest recommendation.

Dr. Hansen and her staff are excellent. They are warm and friendly, and always gentle when we need them to be!

We highly recommend South Western Dental! My son LOVES going to the dentist to see Dr. Ellenbecker & his hygienist, Rachel. They make the experience so enjoyable, and get us in and out in such a timely matter!

I would recommend this business to anyone. The staff are courteous and professional. My appointment was completed in a timely manner. I have had crowns as well as normal cleaning done, and each visit I felt confident that I was in good hands.
