South Western Dental

I only came in for a consult. I can't speak for the dental treatment but can Say Dr Hansen is a consciensious person who seems to care she does a good and right job and treats people right. Only 4 stars not reflecting her just some basic miscommunication on office end.

We love working with Dr Ellenbecker. He has treated all 4 of our kids and does a wonderful job making them feel very comfortable in the chair. We had tried others closer to home and their was no comparison to him. Thank you so much in taking care of them.

It has been over 15 years since I've been to a dentist, so I was really nervous for my appointment. The staff were very friendly and didn't make me feel terrible for not getting my teeth cared for properly over the past years. I did end up with a cavity, but they were encouraging with the process of getting a filling. It was a wonderful experience and although I'm not looking forward to my next visit, I do feel confident in the care I will be getting. Since it had been so long and I only had 1 cavity I felt like I deserved a 5 star review along with them!

I always feel like I am their only patient even when there are many patients there. Kim cleans my teeth and is so gentle, knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Ellenbecker has been there for me always and helped me through difficult dental issues. Front desk people are so friendly and professional and helpful. I really don't know what I would do without this office.

I've always been treated well here! The hygienists are friendly and thorough. All the other staff members are friendly and helpful as well. My husband and I needed more info to make a big decision for his dental care and Dr. Burgers was more than willing to go over potential outcomes, cost, etc. and answer any of our questions. I really appreciated the time he spent with us so we were comfortable making an informed decision.

Great experience here at South Western Dental. Always kind pleasant staff to work with, with appointments to follow up calls to routine cleaning and exams. For someone who hasn't liked going to dentists for many years, I find going to my dental appointments here have been a pleasant experience !! Thank You South Western Dental!!

South Western Dental was helpful from the word "go." My son was greeted with a smile right at the door and that same attitude was continued throughout the appointment. He felt comfortable the entire time. We were extremely pleased with the customer service and the care by the dentist and the dentistry workers. We will return there for care again!

My whole family including my parents have been going to South Western for over 12 years (Dr. Ellenbecker). They are the most professional, caring and down-to-earth people! We absolutely love it there! They take time to get to know you and are always so happy to see our family. I have three children who all went through phases of being nervous to go to the dentist and all their staff was always very patient and sweet to them. Their support staff is also extremely kind, welcoming and very professional. Everyone is great at what they do here and my dental health has never been better.

I’ve always had a great experience at Southwest Dental. I hardly have to sit and wait when I arrive and the scheduling process for next visit is very quick. My dental hygienist, Dorinda is also incredible. She is very gentle and gives me tips on how to floss so it doesn’t hurt as much. They are also very upfront on what insurance will and will not cover so there are no surprises.
