The eads location is on point the lady's at front desk is nice and friendly and sweet hygienists very gentle and nice the office is clean I enjoy my visit I be back

I did root canal in this clinic. It was like a nightmare! The pain was always there after their treatment. It was already 8 months! I went back serval times but the problem was still there. I have to go to endo clinic to find the reason. And I was told my root canal tooth was infected. I asked Dr Mike give me a call for an explanation but he refused! I waited his call for one month and I lost all my patient. I know I can't get his explanation. Because of their treatment, now, I have to do re-treat that will cost me more than $500 from my out of pocket because I already used up my 2022 dental benefit in Dr Mike's clinic.
As his patient, because of his operation, I am suffering tooth pain for more than 8 months, and I finally was told I got infected from specialist. Is it reasonable that I request a discussion with Dr Mike? Is it reasonable I want to know why? Or even he gives me an excuse (that is better than front desk told me he won't call me because he is busy with his patients)? Am I not his patient?
