Wonderful staff! I had Ashlee, and she was amazing! She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She also informed me of everything she observed on my teeth and was very honest. Dr. Mike was very nice and honest. I did not feel rushed like some doctors’ offices do to get in as many patients as possible. The whole staff took their time. I highly recommend.

Better clarify before your appt and again at your appt that you are booked for the correct cleaning that your ins pays I. Full. There are apparently 3 different types. That unless you are in the dental field you would not know the difference.
I just took out dental ins 6 months ago and I specifically ask before making appt was cleaning covered and she called me back and was told yes 2 free cleanings a yr. So I made appt. upon leaving I was told I owed $60 for cleaning….
Well to my surprise they apparently set me for a different cleaning that my ins only paid 20%…. I was not happy at all. This is no way to do people. People should be ask do you want the free cleaning or the step up that will cost. Vs them just choosing. I was mortified that I ask all the correct questions beforehand and then this happen…. This was not my fault and I do not like how it was handled at all. No one should have to stand there and go thru this humiliation. I imagine many just pay and go away mad. I almost did that so I didnt make a scene. But due to Something similar that previously happened to my husband a yr ago, where the office was making excessive visits and ins not covering then we get billed a month later. He didn’t request the appt they set them when we are there….. they don’t care who gets stuck paying and they checked all benefits out and knew….. so strike 2 Don’t think I will be waiting for 3.

Appointment was great as always, good to see the Elite Dental crew, they always treat me with care and kindness and I really appreciate going there I would recommend them to anyone because I love their services. And staff is wonderful,, thank you for being the great people you are.

I absolutely loved my experience at this dental office. The staff is very friendly. I had Ashlee do my cleaning today and she is very sweet. Dr. Mike as always also very nice. The atmosphere is great, the place is clean. I am glad I am able to go to such caring ppl. Gracie is in the front desk And is also amazing! All of them are! I have been going maybe 2 years now and always look forward to my visits! If you haven’t done so go check them out!
