I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Annette, the hygienist, did a great job. She was considerate of my reaction to any signs of sensitivity and worked well with me. She took care of the issues I had and worked very professionally and presented a friendly atmosphere to the whole experience. I recommend Aspen Dental highly. Great care and friendly service from all the staff.

This was my first visit at Aspen Dental. Due to an unexpected staffing shortage that day, the appointments were running 45 - 60 minutes behind. Waiting room was spacious and comfy. Everyone was wearing their masks and only a few patients were waiting to be seen.
The staff was very friendly, personable, and profession from the front desk to x-ray tech, dentist and hygienist. They were clear with their evaluations and recommendations. Using the digital pictures helped me see what I was dealing with and what to expect going forward. I never felt rushed, even though we were going over details well after their normal closing time. I felt they addressed my questions and concerns very well. I would recommend this office to anyone.

My only disappointment was that gas or sedation for involved procedures was not available but they were professional enough to mention a competitor office that did provide this option.

Everyone from the person who gave me a very quick emergency time for my appt, - the receptionist, the xray tech, the hygienist and her assistant, Dt. Patel, finance manager. Dr. Rodriguez - all were exceptional! I have spent a lot of time in dentist offices over the last 60+ years and this experience was honestly the best one ever! I would highly recommend this branch of Aspen Dentist Office. Very kind, professional, no pressure for future care but they were able to give me a price and recommend my next steps for dental care. They worked around my schedule.

I took my husband to Aspen in his wheelchair. They were wonderful.. Did a thorough exam, took all the xrays. They were so careful and respectful to him I could not have asked for more. They had a detailed list of all the things they were going to do, called the insurance companies, set up appointments. The grand total to me was $257. I couldn't believe it.

My husband, my 12 year old, my 16 year old and myself all were able to get appointments right as we wanted them (new insurance so no restrictions of when we could go) I scheduled online easily with no complications. We were seen on time with minimal waiting. Everyone was friendly. They were also fairly quick without compromising care. We are new to the area so we were just picking randomly for who accepts our insurance and for proximity to our house and I am pleased with my choice.

Too rushed and it seemed like they didn't care. I was in sever pain after their treatment. Doctor said "Im going make this quick im a little behind." while removing my tooth for a temp crown ended up bleeding a lot. Went back to have my crown and fillings looked at because of the pain and was told, "might hurt for 6 months". The doctor seemed annoyed I came back. Then he decided to file between my teeth vs adjust the fillings causing more pain. I decided not to go back.

6 months later another dentist is having to redo my filling and I have to have surgery to fix the botch root canal that developed an absces. Both my dentist and oral surgeon were upset at the work done by Aspen Dental.

I've spent 6 months in pain. Im now paying twice and having oral surgery twice. (Not to mention missing work) I feel like they caused more damage than good.

They seemed like nice people just very rushed and very overworked.

While visiting in Knoxville I had a crown break. I was able to make an appointment in less than 24 hours. I was treated within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Patel was extremely professional, friendly and considerate of my plight. Dr. Patel mended the break and stopped the tooth pain. The facility and staff are first rate caring professionals. Wish I could give more stars.

Everyone was so nice and caring! I really appreciate them. They made an unpleasant situation more comfortable. That is Priceless. I will never go anywhere else for Dental Care. Aspen Dental is the absolute best! Thank you so much!

I came to Aspen on Kingston Pike needing a filling and dental cleaning. Dr. Kim made sure my filling was completely painless and good to go before allowing me to leave, and his DA Erin helped him finish promptly and kept me comfortable during the procedure. Dr. Patel was able to explain to me exactly how my teeth were doing during my patient enrollment appt. and was extremely kind. Kristie cleaned my teeth and left my mouth feeling very refreshed. I am glad I chose this dental office for my future care, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Terrific staff. The atmosphere there is excellent. I HATE to go to the dentist, but they all make it a positive experience. Dr. Patel was a great listener, gentle and thorough. He explains in great detail, being sure I understand. Kirsten was my dental assistant, who was perfect at assisting. She had a such a gentle touch. My extractions were yesterday; and when I went for a follow up appointment today, she explained my future course clearly. I’m so pleased to have found this dental office.
