Tennessee Family Dental Care - Midtown PLLC

I have been going to Dr. Turner for years, and I've always received great service. As much as I hate going to ANY dentist, Dr. Turner and her staff make sure that I am treated well. She cares about all of her patients and makes each experience personable.

I really wanted to like this place, but after my visit last week, I just can't. I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up waiting close to an hour before being called back. Once I was called back, I was immediately asked about purchasing additional services (oral cancer screening, fluoride treatment) right off the bat. After declining the additional services, the dental hygienist took my x-rays then informed me that she would be back when she finished her other patient. I waited about another 25 minutes in the chair before my teeth were ever cleaned, and it was the most rushed cleaning I've ever had in my life. On top of that, I've never had a cleaning as rough as this one was, and I've had braces and several other oral procedures. I was literally wincing in pain, and she never stopped nor did she even acknowledge my discomfort. I saw Dr. Turner for maybe 5 minutes total, and that was basically just to take note of the teeth that I needed to come back and get fillings on.
My main issue with this place was the amount of time that I had to wait before I was even called back and the mortifying cleaning that seemed to last less than 10 minutes.
The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because even though the service was horrid, everyone was still pretty nice. They told me that it had been a busy morning and maybe that's why the service was so terrible on this day, but I only saw two other people the whole time I was there.
All in all, I ended up being there for a little over two hours, and I just don't feel as if the quality of the service that I received was worth the wait by any means.

First visit today. Had a bit of a wait but let me tell you... Dr. Turner was AMAZING very knowledgeable, engaging, funny. Not your average dental appointment. I will definitely be back and will also recommend family and friends to her!

Dr. Turner is kind, friendly, and uses the most updated technology in Dentistry. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is quiet and very nice. It makes going to see the Dentist a very pleasant feeling!

I was referred to Dr. Turner and I must say it was the best experience. She works without hesitation to get the best results.

I seem to have visited dentist and office a long time ago in past but anywho, on yesterday, I made my way back and chose Dr. Kelli as my primary dental provider. My first visit was Awesome. I was very early, but staff were friendly and still allowed me to sign in and complete paperwork! Office very clean and music playing overhead is relaxing. Dr. Kelli was awesome- very personable, so nice, and gentle. She also did alot of the things I would expect other staff to do prior to her seeing me, as the Dr. My teeth felt amazing after cleaning and she recommended me for further care. I return in 6 months and cant wait and you have NEVER heard me say this about going to the dentist. It was a pleasant experience.

Courteous Staff, Professional Dentist. Kelli Turner showed concern for my wellbeing. She worked well with my orthodontist to ensure treatment continuity. I've recommended her to anyone who are looking for knowledgeable dentist!

I had a molar that was in a very bad state and had gone a few days without eating hoping the pain would improve. Instead it got worse. I called in and they were able to see me same day to extract the broken tooth. They were fast, friendly, professional and the process though a little nerve wracking was pain free! Would completely recommend, especially to those who fear dentist offices like I do. I'm not talkative in person, but if reading this I hope the dentists here know that they're life savers!

Dr Kelli Turner Molette is the best dentist ever. My wife and I have been seeing her for approximately 20 yrs and have enjoyed the highest quality professional care tinged with kindness and a sensitivity to my initial fear of having dental work done. We absolutely love our dentist!
