Dr. Turner has been taking excellent care of me and my teeth for almost a year now. After leaving a dentist who charged me an arm and a leg for procedures/extras that weren't completely explained as not being covered by my insurance, it was nice to be somewhere where they really take into account that costs can be prohibitive. Bait and switch with a side of unnecessary work.
I went to Dr. Turner because the office is the closest in-network. I had a toothache that I suspected would require a root canal, which they confirmed. They sent me to a endodontist and told me that I would return to have the root canal crowned. I was led to believe that the crown was included in the cost of the root canal (over $1700) as Dr. Turner's office did not include a line item in the treatment plan delivered to me. I arrived for my appointment and was told that the crown would be an additional $1600 and I told them I could fly to Mexico, book a hotel on the beach for a week, and pay for a crown without insurance for less than that and that's exactly what I did.
I also became suspicious of the treatment plan Dr. Turner's office gave to me due to their refusal to deliver x-rays despite numerous requests. Their office had recommended three additional root canals (with crowns needed but not included in their list), half a dozen fillings, and extraction of all my wisdom teeth - nearly $11,000 of work. When I went to get a second opinion, I needed zero additional root canals, one wisdom tooth removed, and two fillings plus the finishing crown - only $1,600 of work.
On top of their dishonesty and crookedness, they gave me the most painful cleaning I've ever experienced. The cleaning was more rough and painful than any root canal or extraction I've ever received.
If you get a big long list of work, get a second opinion. Better yet, stay away from this office entirely.

I got my fillings done here but after that the pain was non stop and I couldn’t eat on the side where I got my fillings. I came back twice to have it adjusted because they said it might need to trim but it didn’t work also my tooth color in the front shows obvious signs of filling because it’s a big white dot. If you need a lot of work done I’d suggest always getting a second opinion to make sure and do a lot of research! I really regret to this day to spend my hard earned money for all this pain.
