The staff are the best. You get the family vibe from them. Not only they inform you, they also advise you on what to do for the long term. That’s what a true dentist is like plus they give you headphones for music. Are you kidding me, who does that? 😘

I am in the process of trying to get this office to refund me because they overcharged. They charged me the non-negotiated fee instead of the network negotiated fee for a crown. Trying to talk to their claims manager was particularly grueling as she didn't seem to understand how insurance works. I was about reduced to tears by the whole experience and will never return.
Update: It was explained to me by the doctor that the amount I was charged was for previous work performed. I can accept that, but none of that was communicated to me previously. I wish they had been more transparent and communicative about the expenses involved. I was never given a treatment plan or an estimate to sign. I should have demanded one prior to submitting to the dental work and from now on will ask for pre-authorizations from my insurance company. Overall the work Dr. Sigur performed was good, but her business practices and customer service need improvement.
NEW UPDATE: 7 months later the tissue around that crown is inflamed and sore and the porcelain has worn off the top showing the metal underneath. It'll probably have to be replaced.

They do thorough cleanings but I feel they do unnecessary fillings and have made teeth bothersome that where not previously. Also had a root canal done that was very expensive and when the crown had come off they wanted to charge me 180 dollars to put it back on. Most other places will put there's back on for free.

honestly my first experience today of extracting a tooth, I am from the state of Florida but if I had to go to a dentist again for sure I would return to the hands of that doctor an excellent service very kind and 5 star attention thank you very much for all the I recommend 100 percent Thank you 😁😁😁...
