The office is in a super convenient location as well, at Nashville West. Update Dec 2021: Continue to be very happy with West Meade as my dental care home. I feel they’re very COVID safe, and they are also really patient and gentle with me. I feel like I’m seeing friends when I come here.

Couldn’t have had a better experience at this office! Dr. Kisner was able to see my husband and I during our very turbulent schedule and we are so very grateful. The entire staff of the office were extremely courteous and made us feel very welcome. We’re sad that we just didn’t get to know them all sooner. Today was my first visit and I found the office to have a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional, the hygienist was competent, gentle and through with my cleaning. Dr. Kisner was very personable and easy to chat with about my dental health. She explained all recommendations in easy to understand terms and did not try to up sell any special or unnecessary products or treatment (which has been my experience with some dentists in the past). Overall great experience.

The staff and Dr. Kisner are beyond exceptional at West Meade Dental. The office is super clean and I always get the one on one attention for each appointment. I've visited 2 different dentists in Nashville and have found my forever dentist here -- I highly recommend Dr. Kisner's group for all your dental needs.
I've had a series of procedures done here and I cannot stress enough how grateful I am that the team outlines what's happening in advance and then Dr. Kisner gives updates during the process. A heads up when something will be noisy or if there will be pressure. She's gentle and kind. I appreciate her demeanor so much!
Lastly, I am never surprised by a fee. I'm always walked through the charges ahead of time and often before I agree to anything. Dental insurance is not the same as medical and my coverage is explained in a detailed way where I can see if the work is within the budget.
