Check in was easy. Dental assistant was very friendly and efficient. Dentist got to the point quickly and follow up appt was made. Plus THEY HAVE A KEURIG COFFEE MACHINE!!

Family Dental Associates is the greatest dentist office I have ever encountered. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and have since I was a child, due to a terrible orthodontist scaring me from ever wanting to visit the dentist regularly. Dr. Matic and her entire staff are the kindest, most compassionate, gentle, caring people you will ever meet. They understood my fears and made me feel so special and that they truly cared. Everything was great, treatment was awesome, never any discomfort. And their office does not have that "dentist office smell" which I associate to traumatic visits in my childhood. If you are searching for a new dentist or are new to the area and need someone to take care of your dental needs, this is the place to call. I recommend them regularly to every single person I know when they are looking for a dentist. My whole family loves the staff at Family Dental Associates!

These ladies are lifesavers!
It was a Friday afternoon when my crown on my bottom rear molar came out. My dentist told me he wouldn’t be able to see me until Monday evening to reattach it and I called around until I reached Ashley at this location’s front desk . Literally within 45 minutes of my tooth falling out , she had worked me in, ran my insurance, sent me back for X-Rays and the dentist and RDA had my crown reattached. Pain free. They are all super professional and so nice !

I have been seeing Dr Chapman for a few years now,originally at a office in Murfreesboro. When he relocated to Family Dental associates, I knew I was going to start going there even though it is about a 40 minute drive. Dr Chapman is the most caring compassionate dentist I have ever seen. When he gives you a shot to numb you he always says "there will be a slight pinch." .I have never felt it. I have had a lot of work done with him. He is a excellent provider and always takes his time. He did an awesome job with my implants on my upper teeth. I am getting ready to have him do the lower as well. I truly highly recommend him. Now I have to sing praises on the entire office as well. Ashley, Melissa, and all the dental assistants are awesome. Thank you to the entire office for your above and beyond experience you provide.
